Poor customer service. Tickets take a long time to resolve and each person seems to specialize, meaning you get handed around quite a bit before finding the person who can solve the problem.

- Configurability of what we want managers to see vs what employees see vs what admin sees
- I don't think it gets any better than what UKG People Analytics offers
- Timeliness of tax responses. They are great with handling, but would love quicker replies
- Would love the ability to log in as the employee.
UKG User Point of View
- Cognos Analytics provides live data reporting with 1000s of reportable fields.
- The product is aesthetically pleasing allowing for users to learn more efficiently.
- You can create processes either extremely high level or with more granularity, depending on company needs.
- More fields in the onboarding BI package would be great.
- Salary/Performance planning should be included in the base package in my opinion, not as an additional cost, this is a basic HR function everyone needs.
- More consistency in support teams, we are constantly getting a new account manager and they have to re-learn our company needs, it gets exhausting.

- People Analytics---customer support reps. are knowledgeable and helpful
- Import tool--valuable asset for customers to have the ability to import files without having to create a case
- Mass Updates--another tool that allows customers to make their own updates en mass
- Case selection items--there is no clear distinction for the customer as to which item to choose when creating a case. I.E. When do we choose system administration as opposed to HR administration?
- UKG Learning--There should be a way to add someone to the area to take classes without allowing them access to cases, sign up for classes that were unassigned
- Demonstrations---UKG allows customers to give webinars on how they use the system. At times, UKG reps. do this as well, but would like to see them do this more often
- UKG has an amazing support team to reach out to if assistance is needed
- All add-ons of UKG Pro integrate seamlessly making it a powerful software program
- UKG Pro is very configurable to meet the specific needs of companies
- It is easy to use and navigate
- The mobile app is loved by all employees and provides on-demand access
- The Ultimate Community is amazing!! On-demand information on all products and how they are used. Connect with other companies that use UKG Pro and learn from each other.
- The Learning Centre is also amazing!! Learning right at your fingertips anytime, anywhere.
- When exploring new modules both prior and post purchase and launch, it would be nice to see real world examples of how the product is used at similar companies.
- Having a UKG Pro expert reach out from time to time with tips on how we can use our instance of UKG Pro to the fullest extent. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know.
- Greater assistance with API's would be helpful.
High satisfaction with UKG Pro
My Company has high volume of hiring across Canada, UKG recruitment and onboarding is able to facilitate the process in a simple and efficient way. We involved many hiring managers and sections, but HR can monitor the process in an integrated platform.
- Easy to understand, and straight forward
- Ultimate Community is fantastic, knowledge sharing is powerful
- In recruiting gateway, the use email should be verified during account registration. We sometimes found some candidates they put a wrong or invalid email address in the last stage, and we have to start over the whole process from the beginning.
- Work location should be one of the field can be added in the offer letter.
Is the system can move them in a change process (like promotion, or change title) when they identify this is an internal candidate?

UKG Pro manages all of our associate HR, Payroll and Benefits data seamlessly and integrates our multiple platforms that I support as part of the IT Corporate Applications department. We have found that the system is easy to navigate and use for our business customers, and also provides excellent training and documentation materials for customers.
- Easy to navigate pages for HR, Payroll, Benefits and System Administrators
- Excellent BI reporting resources and sample/demo reports
- Customization resources for system pages via Platform Configuration
- Mass upload capability via the Mass Update feature and Import Tool
- Unable to process Promotions as part of the Compensation Management merit process
- Unable to view configuration tables in the Benefits Administration (PlanSource) system
- Difficulty in configuring security for managers who require visibility to more than one Org Level hierarchy in UKG Pro
- Platform configuration fields are difficult to add to queries and do not interface to other modules/systems

- Reliable employee database, there [isn't as much] downtime compared to some other solutions
- Easy to use and user friendly in general.
- Spring and Fall updates in UKG Pro are generally great.
- Open Enrollment/Life Events need some updates and enhancements, it's long overdue.
- Allow customers to keep the classic menu or new modern menu as they like.
- Need more robust and dynamic workflow/approval path, a way that the system can be smart enough to set approval path that will cascade up from employee level up to CEO level for approval
- Dashboards that can be use in classic homepage and push out to employees based on their security roles
HR Dreams come true

- Consolidating all employee data on a user-friendly platform for easy navigation and administration
- Products are holistic, and all geared towards helping HR and companies manage their teams and team members
- Include SSO links in notification emails for users that work in the field that use the mobile app, as well as the standard links that route back to the desktop. e.g. PTO request approvals, job requisition approvals, people assist notifications
- Service requests in Ultimate Community have a serious lag. Provide more resources to get projects completed in a more timely manner. Most steps are stalled in our internal projects that require data feeds, UDES, or interface builds waiting for a UKG resource assignment.

- Recent server issues has cause slow time in using the system. Better and faster access to UKG Pro is helpful.
- Support system has improved since our implementation but there is still room for improvement. The response time in some cases can be a week just to get someone assigned to a case

UKG Pro - good and bad

- Their rapid response time for support has gotten unbearably long. Three years ago their customer support was stellar, now it's borderline terrible.
- Usually when an employee has issues with UKG Pro, the solution is to clear cookies and cache, just because UKG is quirky.
- The training - while there is a lot available, it is very general. It doesn't cover the "well, yeah, but what about this..." type of scenarios. Much of the training and resources only get you half way there.

UKG is an Enterprise's best friend.
Furthermore, we use the site to carry out mandatory trainings per quarter and keep track on all trainings. This helps the company to be able to handle most HR inquiries and trainings in one consolidated website that is very easy to use.

The reason I say that, is for the cost if your under 2,500 employees there are a lot of software options that companies can use that are definitely cheaper and can provide the same amount of functionality that UKGPro does. However if your company is more than 2,500 employees this is definitely the way to go because of its easy to use UI, its mobile application, and other top notch features.

- Keeping up to date with federal and state laws related to data retention and other rules

- The reporting functionality within the system is top notch
- There are a few issues with the tax payment functionality. The system does not always match payment services which causes discrepancies in reporting.
- Customer Support takes a long time to respond when a case is opened for assistance.
