Love UserTesting, great and fast feedback from a large userbase.
- Quick turnaround on test results (can have a test completed within a day).
- Ability to save "good" testers that give detailed critiques.
- Only a few accounts have full access to launch tests but sometimes other accounts accidentally launch them which takes time to correct.

Easy to use, fast results, great tool for unmoderated usability testing
- Increased speed and volume of research. We get to do three times more studies than before.
- Reduces to almost zero the time that researchers dedicate to recruitment for most B2C studies, allowing them to focus on more important tasks.

UserTesting a pricey but great tool!
- catching issues in usability early on are definitely a cost benefit
- but because the cost model of the tool is so expensive, we are not able to leverage it as much as we would like
- designers have to give their time to help others who have accounts to set up studies
- UserTesting has helped us understand how customers interact with our site, and what barriers they face. This has helped improve the UX of various aspects of the site.
- UserTesting has helped us understand how certain concepts or ideas or perceived by people in our target audience, and discover ways to more effective reach them.
