- Meet legal and compliance requirements with eDiscovery of Microsoft 365 items
NEW in Version 7: Advanced monitoring and reporting through an integration with Veeam ONE v12. This is available as a separate installation and comes at no additional cost to Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 customers. V7 also includes: Backup copy between ANY object storage systems with immutability for ransomware protection, and Microsoft Teams support for self-service restores via the Restore Portal.

Great Product with a good list of features.
- These backups are relatively quick when processing.
- The reports after the backups are very detailed.
- Veam Support for this product has been very quick to respond to our issues and concerns.
- When submitting logs for troubleshooting, It would be nice if there was a better response time or a time frame provided for when we should expect a response.

The perfect solution for small/medium sized business
- It works with a wide variety of storage devices
- It easily connects to Office365
- It clearly displays the tree structure so you can see the hierarchy
- I was able to use its granular recovery feature right away. It does that well.
- Some of the options for encryption and replication weren't very clear. I figured everything out, but it required me to delete and recreate some backups.
- It seems slow when backing up. Understanding that this is cloud data, I would hope for some method to optimize it so backups will be faster.

- customization would be appreciated - currently there not a lot of options available but ease of use is positive there
