As advertised
I cannot address this yet as we have not had to do a full-scale restoration.
I am very lucky to report I have not had an incident that required us to recover from backup. (Knock on wood!)

The best backup software in the market
not to long after we install Veeam in our company a user call the it because he have delete the wrong folder in SharePoint thanks to Veeam we have be able to restore the entire folder in a few minutes, another time a user have lost precious files in OneDrive and thanks again to Veeam we have be able to restore the files safely

Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 Solutions
We have been able to restore files that were accidently deleted.
Veeam provides sufficient flexibility to perform backup data operations quickly and safely. It can deal with all types of data, works with all kinds of servers efficiently, and thus contributes to making the backup process more stable and effective. This has allowed me to restore data when it has been lost due to deletion or malicious intent.

Veeam review
Yes, a server went down and we came to a screeching halt. We restored everything quickly and got back to business in a few days
We had a huge Gantt chart not that long ago and it somehow became corrupted. We went back to a version from earlier in the morning and were able to recover and get back to work in approximately 15 minutes. This saved our Engineering team 100s of hours in time. Thank you Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.

We average 3-5 restores per month. Without the software all this data would have been lost
A sharepoint site thought to be unneeded was deleted. I couldn't just bring the Teams site back because the emails address had already been reused. I used Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to restore the old sharepoint files to a different site.

Veeam and Me
I like Veeam just because it works. That’s it; set it up right and you’ll start getting backups. Have an issue, call their support. Never had an issue with their support and they got back to me. Call their support and eventually, without fail, say I should just rebuild the appliance cause they don’t know what’s going on. With Veeam, same setup… it just works. Took me a day to switch and that was with a bit over 100 VM’s/host.

Veeam: Unleashing Excellence in Data Solutions!
We had our HR employee completely delete a very important file that was needed for a court case. I was able to restore her mailbox to a previous date and recover the file.
The biggest benefit for our organization is the compliance that Veeam offers. Since our data is encrypted and stored locally, we don't have to accept the risk of a vendor being breached and accessing our data. The software is locally contained and secured.

Had to restore emails for a user and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 did it with ease.Gave options of how we want to export it
We have been able to restore data from simple things like a user deleted their data from Outlook, on purpose or by accident. We can recover information going back many years or just a few hours. Having quick access to recovery data gives management stability in the knowledge that our data is constantly protected.
