Veelo is used across the whole organization. I'm the manager of our Business Development team located in Los Angeles. We currently have 13 BDRs and they all rely on using Veelo on a daily basis. We use Veelo to store our marketing data, customer testimonials, whitepapers, internal documents, battle cards, etc. All of the content is always up to date and acts as a source of knowledge for our team.

Allows the entire org to have the most up to date content.
Can easily navigate through the interface to find what content I'm looking for.

Likelihood to Recommend

Veelo is my go-to place for information about Chrome River. For example, if I speak to a prospect that has a manual expense reporting process, I will go to Veelo to download some Chrome River content specific to the common pitfalls of processing expense reports manually and send off that content piece in an email. Veelo will also allow me to track open rates to see if the prospect is engaging with the content.

We have used Dropbox before, but it does not compare to Veelo. Veelo offers many more features and can be accessed online which allows for the most up to date content at all times. Dropbox can't track content open rates as Veelo can.

Veelo allows me to view all of our company's content. I can download internal documents as well as customer-facing whitepapers/case studies. Veelo has been fantastic to use. I can't think of any scenarios where Veelo isn't appropriate. I would highly recommend Veelo to any other people I know not using it.
