How BDRSuite Differs From Its Competitors

Physical Server Support

Yes, now I have single solution to take backup for my several application scattered across cloud, on-prem and SaaS solutions.

Decision Factors

After working enterprise and consumer grade products, this is a good entry level product for small businesses. Cost effective and mostly reliable. Recovery is simple so that end user clients can restore.

Physical Server Support

Primarily using physical and cloud services. Our clients have benefited because of multiple restorations of data that were quick and correct.

Yes we did. We researched: Carbonite, idrive, backblaze, wasabi, Acronis, crashplan, icloud, and others. Ultimately we recommend Vembu BDRSuite because it does disk-to-disk-to-cloud backups which gives my clients added protection.

The single most important factor is reliability. Their backup reports provide me with peace of mind.

Their availability to support in the event there are issues is important. Sometimes language barriers or time zones are an issue, but I am confident they will eventually get back to me.

I only use physical backups and my own offsite servers to sync backups. They have performed satisfactorily. The offsite sync is a bit slow but they do allow you to preload the backup data on the offsite server to minimize the time to sync both servers.
