They are very quick to respond when you submit a ticket and typically fix issues quickly as well. I only didn't give this a 10 because there is still an open issue with our Salesforce connection that we've been waiting on now for a few months.

Vena's support staff are quick to respond and knowledgeable. They also are sure to provide resources by sharing links to their knowledge base articles that are most relevant to the question you raised. They've also build a customer portal where customers can connect to discuss best practices across industries so there's a community of informal support in addition to the more formal support team.

Support at Vena has been noticeably improving. When I have simple issues, they are resolved very quickly, with very friendly service. When I have a complex problem requiring tier 2 support, these situations generally take days to resolve. But the tier 2 support is always very knowledgeable about the product.

The implementation process was difficult. They did not have the resources to roll-out the product on time so our team had to do most of the work that was supposed to be done by Vena.
However, now that we are up and running, the support desk provides very quick solutions to technical issues and our account manager has been great.

The few times we had to reach out to Vena's CS team, we received fairly quick responses. As part of these responses, we were able to setup screen share calls where the support team walked us through the issues. In some cases, the original implementation team also stepped in to assist.

From initiate setup to going live, Vena's customer representatives and technicians have proven to be responsive and enthusiastic in getting our company up and running. They have been patient with our questions and frustrations and worked to troubleshoot issues that have come up.

The help desk has been very responsive when we have reached out. But the implementation team brought the score down. We are now having to re-work some of the templates because they were not initially created with the most efficient methods. We are frustrated that time is being spent to make these updates when Vena's team created them.
