Vincere

I recently signed a contract with Vincere. I wish I had not. The system is OK and functions largely as per the demo. The level of customer service and people interactions in general is atrocious. The sales techniques, particularly with regards to pricing is unacceptable. It took 3 weeks to speak to a manager, who was unapologetic and unhelpful. I would urge any prospective purchasers to strongly consider the alternatives.

I use Vincere as our primary ATS across our recruitment team. We're a specialist Diversity Recruitment Agency. Vincere helps to manage candidates, employee activity and client relationships.

We are a recruitment business specialising in the property sector, mainly real estate, the construction industry and legal conveyancing. All our consultants, resourcers and support staff use Vincere on a daily basis, matching candidates to our clients' vacancies.

The Vincere applicant tracking system is the primary recruitment tool for our company. We use Vincere with multiple integrations allowing for smooth and efficient collection and distribution of candidate information when forwarding resumes to client companies. Search functionality is excellent allowing candidates and client records to found with ease. Being an Access Group owned company which also own multiple other platforms associated with recruitment we aligned with Vincere for the direction they were heading with candidate engagement. While we already integrate with AI platforms, web platforms, reference checking, video interviewing software and have job loading integrations it is the future developments underway at Vincere that make the product even more enticing.

We have recently purchased and migrated to Vincere CRM and ATS for our business after 17 years with another provider. We are in week one of go live, so early days for the business.

We use it as a recruitment crm and it works well.

Talentspring is a HR consulting company that offers different services. One is an active sourcing service. In the past we managed all of our candidate and client pipeles with excel which was way to complicated and not very automated. With the growth of our company we decided to go with Vincere to have a better experience for our recruiters as well as our customers.

We use Vincere as a executive CRM tool to manage our database of clients and candidates effectively day to day. Vincere allows us to pull incredible amounts of live data, especially for finance reviews, in a short space of time. Its ease of use for adjusting day to day functionality - to keep up with our market is incredibly easy and allows us to react instantly to any adjustments we may need to make.

We transferred to Vincere 5 years ago because of its ease and functionality, it has made our entire process more effective and efficient. It allows us to streamline our process and maximise our workload. To have all of our data segmented in a way that benefits us is has been a game changer for the business.

They will say what they need to get you to sign!

The product was completely misold to our company. We were told candidates could input their availability and that our users could then search jobs against when our candidates are available- pretty basic stuff. However, on our system it would not work. Vincere were given 6 months to get the issue fixed but admitted they were unable to. While they tried to fix it, we were left without a system to record when our candidates were available and spent a lot of time (and money) trying to keep manual records of this. Having stated they could not get this part of our system (the most important feature) working, we requested a refund and to exit our contract. Vincere became rude in manner, just quoted contract at us and refused to refund any money! We will never go back to them and would recommend others avoid...their marketing is good but don't be fooled the basics don't work!

The best thing about Vincere is living in one single echo system. You don't have to switch between multiple applications to complete your daily tasks. The seamless integration between Vincere products is the best part of it. It is a very organized system. Analytics is great - can see what is important and what needs to be focused on.

We use Vincere as our CRM for recruitment. We have been using it for the last 2 years and rely on it for storing our candidate information via Linkedin and parsing profiles from our database. In addition, we control our processes for recruitment via Vincere and manage the overall productivity of the business by measuring the performance of the team in accordance with the KPI set.

Its been a very helpful tool to the recruiters. It makes data tracking very convenient and with its intelligence features, it makes keeping track of our and teams' performances much easier.

We use Vincere for recruitment and it's been promising thus far. Vincere helps us to address the complexity of recruitment management and processes; in facilitating conversion - the ease of usage combined with friendly interfaces makes the tool super powerful.

It's being used across the entire organisation and it helps us be much more efficient and manage our data a lot better.

Vincere is used by everyone in the business across the board. Excellent for business development as well as data segmentation for candidate purposes. The search function is beastly. Truly EPIC. The support and the training is also superb. Vincere has a great team that are always happy to help.

Vincere controls our whole recruitment experience, everything we do with a candidate or employer is noted in it.

After working in recruitment in recruitment for roughly 6 years now, I can safely say this is one of the easiest and most user-friendly systems that I have worked with during my career.

The training sessions provided were great too and are recorded and available to view for a month afterward just in case you do forget anything when starting out.

Would absolutely recommend it as a system for any business!

We use Vincere as a full ATS system for our recruitment company; I don't use it for invoicing, as it doesn't integrate with my MYOB accounting system where I do my invoices. I went with Vincere because it was one system that pretty much covered all aspects I was looking for without having to always pay other companies for add-ons. I was also looking for a system that automated CVs into your own company format in order to save on time and Vincere had this.
