CashBox is being used to recover failed subscription renewals and addresses the issue of falling revenue. It is being used by our department only.

  • The reporting systems could be more developed. Every specific request takes time to receive responses.
Very well suited for consumer related products and for companies that can't develop in-house solutions for renewal recoveries.

We selected Vindicia since they were one of the only providers who could run a proof of concept test. The other providers were asking for exorbitant sums of money and good faith to show the results would increase.
