Personnel selection is an extensive process, before we did it manually, and it was much longer and more tedious, now that we have implemented Cyber Recruiter in our organization, we streamline the steps and improve the quality of our selection. The implementation was very fast and the support team members helped us with the parts that we didn't know what to do.
  • The good thing about Cyber Recruiter is that it has a good database, plus I can get back in touch with applicants I've talked to before.
  • Cyber Recruiter takes care of the selection process from start to finish, this function allows us to trust that the choice will be the right one.
  • Anyone who wants to apply can do so quickly.
Cons
  • Some colleagues from the Human Resources department found the use of Cyber Recruiter complicated, but in my opinion I do not see it that way, because it is a very automatic software and allows the process of selecting new personnel to be simple and lighten the load.
Update your knowledge and immerse yourself in this software, because it will improve the selection of candidates, you will know that the applicants have gone through different tests and you will have the certainty that the chosen one will be the correct one.

An ATS that is very easy to implement, the technical support service is the most attentive I have found, they are always willing to attend to any of our needs, it is a software that minimizes the personnel selection process, using it is complex for people who have no previous experience, but it was relatively easy for us, the ability to show us the best options is powerful, Cyber Recruiter's automation allows us to be comfortable in the selection process because we know that the option will be the best for us.
  • Applicants are added directly to the platform, which I really liked because it streamlines the process from start to finish.
  • Customer service is attentive to any eventuality that may arise, I am pleased to know that they are always with me in the process of selecting new personnel.
  • The database is extensive and offers us many candidates to choose from.
Cons
  • For people who have no prior knowledge of this type of software, using it can be a bit tricky, the learning curve is steep for people with no experience.
If you need to acquire new personnel, Cyber Recruiter is a good option, since it reduces the process to select new personnel, acquiring it is relatively cheap and the automation features that this software has reduced the difficulty of manual selection. Cyber Recruiter is a web-based program that solves all problems related to it. Through it, we can follow up job applications for new employees and follow up existing employees through a fairly smooth interface, but it needs some training to become easy to work on human resources and facilitates work and job hiring of work applications through it.

Through Cyber Recruiter we can display and check the resumes of the employees, and it automatically extracts the skills for each candidate and automatically selects the appropriate employee for each job according to the job requirements. It also facilitates communication between them and the human resources employees. But I think it needs some improvement to be easy.

Making the right decision was always a problem before because everything was manual, but now that we have this software, we automate the recruitment efficiently.

We found one system among many systems that work much better than the others, Cyber Recruiter simplifies the work, automates the ability to choose a new colleague. It was implemented very quickly, we personally take care of customizing it to our liking so that the hiring of new staff is much better and the staff with the ideal characteristics that we request is chosen. Since we acquired it, the benefits did not take long to become known, since the entire process was very simple and dynamic.
