Helpful in marketing automation which in turn helps in improving engagement & retention. The platform is good [where] the capability part is concerned but the support & customer-facing team does not add any value [in my opinion]. [In my experience] dealing with support is a very big challenge for startups as it wastes a good time of resources.
  • Push delivery rates are good
  • WA integration is good
  • Dashboard is pretty easy to use

  • More feature roll out based on different use cases from clients
It's a good tool to start with but not scalable if you're planning to scale rapidly.
