Cisco Webex Meeting is a great tool for meeting, collaborating, and creating appointments for any event. Nice screen sharing option. The best part is recording meetings that can be saved and forwarded later. The chat option is also good. You can choose who to talk to, or you can chat with the whole team. Decent video and sound quality. Easy integration with Microsoft Outlook, so we can easily create meetings from Outlook, including WebEx links. We have personal spaces where you can work with your team. It can be accessed outside the VPN network. Easily download to your phone without a company network. Notifications will let you join right during the meeting. We can also connect the phones to make calls between team members.I have had a great experience with Cisco Webex and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for the best platform for their online meetings, presentations, training and webinars and I find it very useful and has great features as it fully supports conducting online meetings.

Webex App is used for the external and internal meetings. Internally this application supports too the internal call.

- difficult to share the meeting room information from the application on iPhone
- difficulties when the phone changes the connection wifi to mobile data to wifi
- issues with the voice for any reason and after analysis the issue comes from the app which uses resources on device

Using Cisco Webex for our Monitoring Solution
We use the Cisco Webex in our monitoring tool for the Cloud and On-Premise solutions at IR and I use the Cisco Webex application for customer calls. When using this product as a customer it is intuitive and works well I just don't use it for more than a couple of hours so I don't have the greatest viewpoint on this. When using this product as an software engineer I wished that the API would be more open and provide us with more visibility into the underlying systems to provide more detail for our end customers and users

Cisco Webex might not be the greatest tool for IM but it is the most reliable and I know it will follow me from companies to companies.
I use webex on a daily basis to chat with people from other companies. This is a great way to keep contact with former colleagues from previous companies.

The Webex App is the unified communication app we use in our organization to manage persistent business chat, meetings (audio and video flavours) and calling. This way we can keep all the different communication media in one place and this makes everything easy and straightforward. Moreover, security and data leakage are top priorities.

Great App
In my job, we use the WebEx app to get contact with the Cisco TAC, mostly to sharing screen and give them access to our equipment.
With the introduction in the keynote this year, we're glad to see that the native integration with Microsoft Teams is coming soon.
I didn't have a bad experience or bug problems with.

User chat is the main user benefit. Also integration for dialing. Users like the ability to create spaces to track problems, discuss and raise ideas

Review of Webex App
We use webex for larger scale virtual events in the organisation such as town halls etc. as the support for these kind of events is better than teams etc. Webex has a much better video quality than competitors so gives a better experience for the users

WebEx usability review
Webex is used for meetings and videoconferencing at our company. We experience almost no problem with Webex and since we are using Cisco Videoconferencing systems, it is perfectly integrated. Our typical issues surround atypical conference rooms with which I mean conference rooms that can be combined or seperated by a dynamic wall as necessary which again is not an issue with Webex but user experience. Within this setup we can assist our users very quickly via the Webex Control Panel. In my opinion it is intuitive to use.
- Provide meeting details. You are able to connect quickly since you are presented with all necessary information at one glance.
- Meeting quality is good
- Nice GUI
- I personally and some users I spoke to had a problem with the personal room - For example I would start my personal room from my phone or notebook and want to join. WebEx is telling me that I need to wait for the host - of my own personal room. If I enter with the control panel of a videoconferencing room it is asking for my host pin and I can join as host. Did not see that when starting or joining direktly from my devices. Same story from some users.
