Cisco TAC is known for fixing and diagnosing issues quickly and efficiently. Always willing to see the issue till the end.
Since using the platform for the last 5 years many changes have been made in the front end and backend of the Webex app.
One of the things we all notice is that the platform has become much more stable and rarely crashes. We went from knowing Cisco support on a first name basis to rarely having to engage them anymore.

Support service from Cisco is great when it comes to any of its products. Webex being a part of Cisco product family is just another story for the same. It is well known as per Industry standards. Ticket System for handling queries, phone and web support and email support, all are prety much standard and fast.

This is a very good app and has given a good customer experience. I have given 1 point less in rating as all the products always have a scope for improvement. Cisco had been always been the company developing great products over the years and Webex is one of them and I am very happy with the services.

Well, usually when using this app there's an indicator that gives you the level of health it has. There are cases in which the app is not working because of some strange DNS issues and in that case, no support can help you or notify you in advance, anyway maybe it's something [that's not] predictable and manageable in advance.

I have not had to personally reach out to Cisco/Webex Support for the app, but several customers have for different reasons and have always received top-level support from Cisco.
