Webex Events took a novice to a pro with ease!
We made the decision to pivot to a fully virtual conference platform. Webex Events made this a seamless and easy transition. The use of Webex Events allows us to create a professional and polished looking event platform that allows for an easy user experience and allows for an easy designing experience on the developer end.
We use Webex Events for all of our hybrid and in person events. It provides an app, platform for livestreaming, networking opportunities, widgets for adding scheduling and agendas to webpages, ticketing and even an email platform functionality. It has really enabled us to host events on a larger scale and with a more professional touch.

Elevate Your Virtual Events!
Webex Events has been a valuable tool for the non-profit organization I work for. This program has elevated our company-wide training conferences, with over 3,000 attendees having access to our company app displaying all the resources they need to be prepared and set up for success. The platform allows for easy communication to all attendees through the app and making the event navigation easy. In the past, it was a challenge to share resources with attendees, but Webex Events is a solution to this, as we can now have resources conveniently available on the app.
We use it for both digital and live events! We use it to communicate with our attendees, post the schedule, participate in games, feature brands, etc.
It helps so much with communication, and helping our attendees stay present during our events!

This was our first in-person conference since the pandemic and we wanted to provide a great experience for attendees. In the past, we relied on paper agendas and posters to help navigate folks to sessions. However, this resulted in multiple-page documents that took forever to create and then could not be edited once the schedule was finalized, not to mention the hours spent formatting, printing, hauling, and sorting. Therefore, we wanted to provide our attendees with an app to hold all of their conference information. Webex Events was a game changer because no conference goes as planned - speakers cancel, sessions get rescheduled, and rooms are switched. This was hassle free because we could update in real-time in the app and push notifications to our users.
Our Main Event each year is a convention. Usually, it is in person with about 4000 people. For two years during the heith of COVID we went virtual and I don't know if it would have been as successful as it was without Webex Events (Socio).
It has continued to evolve over the past few years and now we use the platform for registration and having a now hybrid event with both in-person and virtual content. This year, we will be integrating the in-person registration capabilities and using the web plugins in place of our legacy WordPress pages for the agenda and speaker information.
One of the best things about the system is that they continue to evolved and make changes routed in needs of the customer. This year we are excited that much of the speaker and sponsor management will be able to happen directly in the app by the speakers and sponsors themselves, freeing up moe time for our very small staff.

Lead Retrieval and Event organizing made simple with Webex Events
We primarily use Webex Events to set up both in-person and virtual conference events. With the help of Webex events, we are easily able to engage the end user. The live display option on the Webex Events platform is also very useful as it helps us display session information, activities, and also sponsor images. Additionally, the Webex team is also very knowledgeable and supportive. They were able to work with us smoothly and were able to connect us with the right vendors to buy printers and other badge-related items. With the help of Webex Events, we have tremendously increased our value-based selling.

WebEx Events is a great Event App
We use WebEx Events for our National Conference that we host every 18 months. WebEx Events is our onsite app that participants use to see the schedule, hotel map, and connect with other attendees. We also frequently use the polling feature in our general sessions. It is also the tool that we use to store all documentation and resources for the conference so that attendees have ease of access both before and after the event.

Great asset for our company
We connect people at headquarters in different cities all over the world using this tool that allows us to call, schedule videocalls and also chat with each other in an easy way. It allows us to add our phone number too, so you can call people that is not currently using their computer if an emergency arises.

Giving me time back
We use Webex to register our attendees, collect registration fee, track income/fees, to get information to all people who have registered to the event.<br><br>Webex has been a place where I can go and get all the event information in one space. When hosting hybrid events, everything was able to be run through this one platform. This was invaluable. It gave me so much time back and allowed me to focus on other places where my time was needed.

A great platform for virtual events.
Webex Events was a perfect platform to host our client's annual meeting during the first year of the pandemic. It allowed the worldwide team to meet virtually as well as increase the attendee count above who was normally included in the in-person event. Since then we have shifted to virtual because the platform is so flexible and easy to use.

Great software for in person, virtual and Hybrid conferences

We were able to host our convention for 1,000+ attendees virtually, all run on the Webex Events (Socio) app. In 2022 when the convention was moved to hybrid, Webex Events (Socio) already had a way for us to do that. The fact that they are able to read the "Meeting" climate and keep up with it is amazing. It really has given us the flexibility to make our convention be anything that we need it to be.

We use Webex Events for any large scale video conferencing events and training sessions. It allows up to 10000 people to join the event and participate in polls, Q and A's, and other functions, all within an easy-to-use interface. Organizing these events is also fairly easy and allows a comprehensive suite of options and customizations.

Fall in love with import in bulk!
We used it in our hybrid event to be able to present the students musical performances to parents from all over Quebec who could not travel to see them on stage. Also, we used it to send information to all the music directors instead of sending a ton of emails with all the information.

We use Webex Events for our annual user conference. We have used the app at live events, as well as managed virtual conferences completely through Webex. The ability to have a registration, the event app and website, session streaming, networking, etc. all in one place is extremely valuable to us.

Great & Reliable!
We used Webex Events for our hybrid conferences and festival. It helped us stay connected to our members during the pandemic. It also allowed a cheaper and more reliable option for those who could not travel during the time or did not feel safe traveling. We tried other platforms, but ultimately Webex was the best.

Their support teams are incredible, and the product is so easy to use. It was a great experience for the admins and for the event attendees.

My best video conferencing product
Interactions in our organization has been the most productive move that has enhanced development infrastructure. It gives me great space for engaging customers from each everywhere. During marketing campaigns we can freely interact with clients from social media platforms. Reaching remote marketing teams and connecting with sales representatives has been more productive than ever before. Webex Events has all modern tools that bring great conversation experience across the company teams.

Easy to use event platform
We utilized it in February 2021 as we pivoted from doing regional in-person conferences to one national virtual conference. We used it as an event platform for that conference and utilized its features to try and replicate most of the aspects of our in-person conference experience. Going into our next conference cycle we utilized it to create the mobile apps for our in-person conferences as well as continue to use it as the platform for a virtual events.

I use Webex Events with several of my clients. Many of my clients are rare disease organizations and Webex has so many accessibility options along with a crazy amount of customizations. All Icons, colors, etc. are customizable which is great and makes these rare disease communities feel more connected to the event. For instance, I work with an organization that has a large deaf and blind community. For the icons, we changed the announcements icon to an ear with a hearing aid. For the attendee's icon, we switched it to a person with a cane, a person with a guide dog, and a person. This is truly the best platform I have found so far (and I have looked at many).
Webex Events is the most preferred platform in our company that helps us in creating the most productive teams together. My project team organizes events online to cut traveling costs and accommodation expenses. This tool has all features that can easily help in organizing successful virtual meetings without downtime. When providing instructions to my juniors on the right project implementation path always deliver the best experience. Presentations with this platform bring out the best with clear voicing and high-quality notes and video displays.

WebEx Events is used in our company to arrange events, conferences, meetings, and annual events. WebEx Events has a good customer-valued UI and can be easily used to talk with them and meet with them. WebEx Events helped us to make some relations with customers and attendees there and made some sales through it.
