Usability is very functional and easy. The ability for an employee to log in, dial in, etc is not an issue. Dropping calls, dropping from meetings, etc is also not something I have experienced as with other programs. This said, the interruption of meetings and other items is limited to an employee's ability to get online and join the meeting as long as the employee experiences no issues with connectivity. Connectivity with users is the only issue that has arisen during these meetings.

It is the best application for file sharing/screen sharing. Audio and video meeting application. Also, it has the best integration with outlook calendar and other meeting and 3 party applications. File sharing is much easier in WebEx. Also, the number of users/connections are more in WebEx compared to other application.

Webex Meetings offers a pleasant and customizable global interface. The site and the application are ergonomic, pleasant to see, and highlight the main features. It presents all the necessary functionalities for use. Webex Meetings is really easy to use on a daily basis but also for more complex presentations and large meetings.

Webex Meetings does not provide enough audio feedback for users with visual disabilities to properly navigate the tool. Students, faculty, and staff who are blind or have low vision may not be able to use Webex Meetings. Users with motor disabilities that navigate via keyboard, may not be able to navigate the web conferencing session enough to participate fully.

The interface is not as simple as Zoom, and it lacks the power that Microsoft Teams provides. A much simpler connection algorithm and a display interface that works more like Microsoft Teams would be a great help to Webex Meetings' overall usability.

There is a lot of opportunities to engage and educate end-users on all the functionality the product brings, however for what it is, Webex meetings are pretty simple to use. The integration of Slido has put a lot of smiles on the faces of the training department.
