Webex Meeting a great collaboration tool
In my organization, most of the employees are remote in separate time zones. Webex meetings helps bridge the physical distance. It is used for conducting virtual meetings and conferences. Webex meetings allow team members to interact with one another across cities and countries and virtually collaborate with one another and share ideas/updates. Its messaging feature is a great addition and allows team members share screen on the spot.

- I find that from time to time (infrequently) the webex blanks out and requires re-connecting

Not a problem to host a presentation for the whole company
If you need a great meeting tool to move your meetings from real-life to online, Webex can deliver. Webex has been promising and delivering quality for years, constantly updating the software to get better over the years. Nowadays, the mobile version has been a big improvement as more and more of our users tend to use mobile devices like tablets and mobile phones.

- Host control lacks some features.

WebEx at its best
WebEx is one of the most friendly tools/applications which are mostly used for official meetings and personal meetings as well. And quality adheres from WebEx is outstanding. Also, the number of connections/users allowed in WebEx is must more than any other application. Setting and configuration of WebEx application is much easier and a lot of options we get to customize our view.

- Web based WebEx app is light weighted and not using much resources

Cisco Webex Meetings successfully supported our organisation implementing a mandatory work from home response to the pandemic
We use Cisco Webex Meetings across the entire organisation to enable collaboration between geographically disparate teams. It allows us to have voice and video conference calls, screen sharing, and instant messaging chats between team members who are working from home and team members working in the office, and also team members who work in different regions and even countries. We also use Cisco Webex Meetings in our physical office conference rooms, to provide a telephony and video conferencing solution that supports meetings between physically co-located employees and remotely located employees.

It's the main form of communication which allows for multiple people to be in the know in real time as well as provide instant feedback to questions/concerns. It also allows me to revisit and search conversations as needed. The ability to see multiple subjects at one time is extremely useful.

One year Webex Meetings experiences
We are a vocational institute, working for training with students looking for a certificate, or employees looking for a new challenge, so Webex Meetings is used for training purpose, for remote training and supervision between teachers and their students and collaboration between teacher and administration in day-to-day pedagogical and administrative tasks.

- Slido (Polling and Q&A).
- Automatic transcript guarantee the real time translation.
- This application consume high bandwidth hope they can fix this issue.
- Somme Linux users can’t use Webex meeting in their system.
- Remote control are still didn't work as it should.
We have been using [Cisco] Webex Meetings for over 10 years for online interactive language teaching (English, Spanish and Portuguese) . We use the platform to give online individual classes to students, not only in Peru but also abroad. The classes are individual classes for single students with their dedicated teacher. We currently have around 60 teachers using Webex meetings exclusively for teaching their classes. Additionally we use Webex Meetings for any administration or management meetings between our team of around 10 staff.

Excellent Tool for Meetings
Webex Meetings is [a] great tool for meetings with team members. Webex Meetings provides a platform for meetings from remote locations. In [the] lockdown, companies have problems with [connecting] to our employees, but Webex [solves] this problem. Webex Meetings is excellent for meeting with classes or groups!
I used Webex Meetings to take a professional development course that was offered to me. It allowed me to get the CEU that I needed without having to meet with the class in person. This was the best way to avoid being around others due to COVID-19. It was a great experience.

We use WebEx constantly. We host meetings, both internally and externally to connect across timezones, across teams, across the country and across the globe. Our client facing departments use WebEx - specifically Client Care and Sales. Love the ability to receive a phone call from the system. Love the app as it will dial all the numbers for you.

- Licenses are a bit expensive. We have decided to not use WebEx for non-client facing departments as the licenses are a bit expensive to justify their use.
Cisco Webex Meetings is the single most used app/platform in our company. Our daily briefing meetings can be easily scheduled in Outlook and the Webex Meeting does the magic. We can simply invite other participants in scheduled meetings or just start ad hoc meeting when needed. Recording the meetings is also a great functionality for the content you want to share or simply get back at later.

Webex Meetings Review
As with most, the pandemic created a need to be flexible and productive from anywhere. Webex meetings (the whole Webex suite actually) allowed us to achieve business outcomes and not miss a beat. We were able to conduct business as we usually would in the office from any location. We could collaborate from many devices, host impromptu or scheduled meetings, record, share and so much more.

Webex review.
We use Webex meetings as our go-to meeting space. We resell Webex as well. We share files, talk about issues, ask questions, etc. We even communicate with our Cisco reps in the Teams space. I am a new employee at Lumen, so I haven't seen any business problems as of yet. I have seen some of my clients have issues with the ticketing system, but Cisco is already on top of it and working out the issues.

It's our official mode of communication with client. In past we use free version which limit the number of user in call. But to overcome this issue our company buy paid version so mode user can be included in call. It's best tool to have communication with client as you can share most of the things with client without having any issue. Now everyone in our company use Webex to have better communication with clients.

I love Webex Meetings. Our organization has been growing tremendously. Expanding nearly nationwide! Webex has helped our organization stay closer than ever. Allowing us to properly communicate using Webex, by hosting important meetings and events for our org and for our prospective clients. We also recommend our clients to use Webex to help manage meetings and communications for their collaboration solutions. Cisco's all-in-one solution really helps take a load off our client's minds when it comes to vendor management. I could not find a better alternative than Cisco! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Webex Meetings is a good choice for any business!
Just before the pandemic started, my company was using Skype to communicate via IM. We very rarely, if ever, conducted virtual meetings. When the pandemic started, we switched to WebEx. Now, communication for the whole organization is seamless on many different levels: Vastly improved IMs, screen sharing, ability to host private and larger meetings. It’s been great.

- The polling feature is unintuitive. Sometimes I can use it, sometimes it doesn’t work at all.
- Breakout sessions were hard to learn how to use, initially. Even now, there’s always a break in the presentation flow when I use them. But that could be a user error!
