To collaborate with internal co-workers as well as customers. I use Webex Meetings daily to sync up with the rest of my team and share content for feedback as well as awareness. I meet with customers to assist them with their needs around Cisco Collaboration EA purchases. Meeting with customers via Webex Meetings just further drives the adoption of the purchase and need on the customer's side.

Any meeting whether internal with the rest of my CX team or even sales reps at my company. Definitely perfect for meetings with customers that are interested in "test driving" the solution before making a decision if it works for them. Using Webex meetings is believing in the product that we sell and support.

After the pandemic, the entire work scenario has shifted 360 degrees where most of the time we are connected to our client's colleagues and different stakeholders via WebEx. It has become an integral part of daily productivity tools where different meeting discussion theme engagement and other fun events which we take for employee engagement and to connect with our client for requirements and special it plays a very important aspect as a product. Overall communication in the hybrid model is taken care of by WebEx we have in using it over a period of time and have seen them bringing a lot of new features which are very important and Critical like Breakout rooms and emojis for large audience hosting and creating polls and different animations. Overall the performance has been quite effective and what makes this product stand out is the convenience of using and logging in to the product with the simple link no fancy Way Or Complex in terms of joining the meeting sometimes I feel simplicity is the effective way to design a product because the purpose is being full filled with the simple designing aspect instead of keeping it be more complex.
  • Consistent network connection during meeting.
  • Effective platform for hosting webinars.
  • Low call drop or network in efficiency issues.
  • Perfect for daily interaction with teams and engagement without any issues.
  • More ways to join meeting.
  • Better mobile application.
  • More focused should be given on user interface.
I have used multiple applications when it comes to connecting with or communicating on the daily transaction but WebEx has been consistent in terms of simplicity and the same time delivering the quality of consistency while being on meeting and even if a large audience is invited for webinars and discussion the quality drop or issues in terms of product usability I have personally never seen it so I think overall it's a great product and well suited for your daily communication and engagement needs full stop it is less suited when you want to do a kind of a webcast because after certain threshold I am not sure this is the right platform which would like to go with in terms of broadcasting.

Hello, When I had my first interview to get my job, it was done via WebEx. Therefore, since then I liked WebEx meetings since it was the WebEx feature I experienced before Webex Events, WebEx teams, WebEx training, etc. I am looking forward to learning more about this product and helping others learn it as well. Thank you,
  • work from home
  • Sharing screens
  • Recording meetings
  • Ask questions
  • Audio quality over Wifi
Because we are working from home and the world is changing, what is better than WebEx meetings to replace the meetings room in our offices in corporate offices. This will save us time to travel to the office every day. There are things to improve for sure in the future. Thank you

I used Webex Meetings hosted by a partner that sells Cisco products (Aironet and Meraki), they use Webex in all meetings hosted by them. My impression was great; like all Cisco products, it's very easy to get into a meeting and use the layout features.

We use Webex Meetings for all conference calls, training, and some customer meetings. Allows the ability to quickly collaborate as if we were in person. Providing all the tools necessary to share information in a simple platform, but one that has powerful functionality.
  • schedule invites through outlook
  • audio and video functions
  • provide feedback tools, chat rooms, breakouts, ect
  • whiteboard
  • mobile connectivity not on par with pc functions
  • would like to have more functions for IOS devices
small group functions are where it exceeds expectations. sometimes larger group functions do not perform as well. or possibly just less personal with larger meetings

Webex Meetings is used in my organization to collaborate with peers, vendors, and even patients. During the pandemic, many of our staff were moved from working on-site to working from home and we also had to move a lot of our health services to telehealth. Webex helped with these issues.
  • Co-host functionality is great in case you need others to start meetings that you've scheduled
  • Ease of use in polling, Q&A, and reactions to engage audience
  • Multiple options for functionality (for example, icons on the bottom of the screen but the same options also on the menu bar)
  • It would be nice if the host could control the view/layout for all attendees
Webex Meetings is great for collaboration of any kind. Whether it is one-on-one, with a team, or just for giving a presentation, the application is very robust and has tools to help you get the info you may need and to keep your audience engaged.

I use Webex Meetings to set up sessions with partners and customers. However, it is difficult to open the app because it always asks for the installation, which delays the sessions' beginning. Also, enabling the microphone or camera is tricky, in my opinion.
  • Close caption
  • Identify the speaker
  • Share screen
  • Improve the menu section
  • Fix bugs to recognize camera and microphone
When the app works well, everything is suitable and easy to use. However, the app often asks for installation and does not recognize the meeting link, I've found.

Webex Meetings helps us during COVID-19 as all of our company staff were WFH and also our customers so we easily reached them and no need to meet at physical place. We can communicate with our customers and get into their issues in a short time. Also, we hold meetings with our managers at any time.
  • Keep our team in touch all time.
  • Meet our customers easily.
  • Helps us understand our customers issues professionally.
  • Support Customers
  • Working From Home
  • Meet at any time from any location
I was traveling last month, and at this time, my manager asked for an urgent meeting for the whole team, Webex Meetings helped us to meet remotely without returning to our office. We spent about three hours in a meeting discussing all points and begin to take action and follow these actions remotely. It was a great experience.

We currently use Webex for a large number of applications. we use it for simple and quick collaboration. We use it for training across our organization. We also use it for Orientation for External WFH users. We use can use it as a meeting recording platform as well.
  • Records Meeting
  • Ease of use for End User
  • Great Meeting Management
  • Great Training Tool
  • Great Training Courses for Webex
  • We have had glitches during setup with UCM.
We love Webex. Even more now since they have grown the product. It is much larger than just a simple meeting tool now. We can house large meetings or small meetings, and we can house trainings with breakout rooms. We can hold simple 1 on 1 conferences. We can now record trainings. We can do more than ever before and we love Webex for it.

We use Webex in meetings with our external clients, Webex is more friendly towards having guest users/participants than certain competitors that we have migrated to.
  • Inviting guests that do not use Webex
  • Doesn't require download and has a browser version
  • Is more stable than other competitors
  • Not on the front lines of providing new functionality afaik
  • Always resets my settings as far as joining new meetings/have to reset video camera
  • Have to go through a confirmation screen, extra clicks, to join a meeting
Webex is good for meetings with external partners. For internal partners, we have a more native system that integrates with our meeting software so that it is generally easier to set up meetings. I am not sure how Webex does for very large calls/all-employee town halls as those are also not using Webex in my company.

Webex Meetings is a video conferencing platform that we rely on as an alternative to Zoom or Microsoft Teams. In our organization, the use of Webex Meetings is confined to joining the meetings of community partners who use Webex as their primary video conferencing software.
  • Connection quality
  • Ease of access
  • Ease of use
  • Customization features
  • Compatibility with other software
  • Aesthetic of platform
Webex Meetings is well-suited for joining meetings that are created by more experienced users of Webex. Some new users of video conferencing may find it intimidating.

With the globalization of staff, vendors, and clients, needing to be able to communicate and share screens and information is key to the success of Loud and Clear Communications, LLC. We are able to do this with Webex. Seamless communication and setting up meetings is a breeze and audio and video streams are usable 99.9 % of the time.
  • Easy to config
  • Easy to share information to attendees
  • Recording and sharing
  • Cost of solution is more than most
  • Need for integration with some mainstream applications
  • Closed captioning option
The use of Cisco products makes the rollout of this solution easy for those staff that uses it. If you are not using the Cisco suite, I would recommend looking for a less costly product. This product does have its quirks, but most have them. This would not be a recommended solution for small shops of less than 50 employees or users.

In the live events business, meeting in real-time is critical. It's a part of the planning, strategy, production, and post processes. I've used Webex on several occasions when interacting with medium to large groups of collaborators, and the product has been excellent. It's stable and secure, the quality is excellent, and the layout and the ease of using the interface were outstanding. I would recommend this product to anyone needing real-time video collaboration and communications.
  • Interface
  • Image Quality
  • Stability
  • Security
  • Multiple participants
  • Ubiquity - the more people who use it, the more effective it will be in the space
  • Familiarity
  • Speed
We used this product for a collaboration event between 8 business associates. It was outstanding in terms of stability and ease of use, and everyone was particularly comfortable using it for the duration of the event. It seems that this is a product that could be utilized more often and in more settings, and as its profile rises, it will become an even more usable, go-to application.

We use Webex meetings a day in and day out for all our meeting needs. It's the only collaboration tool that is being used in our organization. Typical business problems are team collaborations, team meetings, ad hoc meetings, scheduled meetings, screen sharing, and file sharing recordings. We use webex meetings to effectively communicate, share content, easily schedule meetings, book calendars, view people's availability, call in for ad hoc meetings using webex teams, collaborate seamlessly, see each other in person during remote working, and marketing tools to propagate our products and services, conduct town hall meetings, view recorded sessions, (almost like an in-person) training. We have seen widespread acceptance of the webex meeting and collaboration tools which are being embraced across the hierarchy across different geographies and time zones.
  • 1 click meetings
  • share content
  • record Meeting
  • conduct trainings
  • employee collaboration
  • voice and video clarity
  • Hangs quite often. Need to restart machine
  • voice does not connect quite well with headphones. Calls drop often than before
  • virtual background with camera does not look good. Needs major improvement there
  • Recording is not as easy as expected
MOST APPROPRIATE would be effectively communicating sharing content, easily scheduling meetings, booking calendars, viewing people's availability, calling in for ad hoc meetings using webex teams, collaborating seamlessly, see each other in person during remote working, and marketing tools to propagate our products and services, conduct town hall meetings, view recorded sessions, (almost like an in-person) training. LESS APPROPRIATE Nothing that I could think of

My team and I use Webex meetings to stay in communication with one another when working on big projects. We also use it on a regular basis for team meetings, which has helped us save time by being able to share files and information in real-time.
  • Great user interface
  • Never breaks down or has connection issues
  • It's epically user friendly
  • Incorporating other applications from other software
  • Giving more font options on the chats
  • Offering theme options for users to choose from for the layout of the application
The software has proven useful to my team when it comes to team meetings and working on big projects across multiple departments. My personal favorite feature is the ability to share files and review files within the application, allowing for easier editing and real-time improvements. It is by far one of the best products in its field.

Webex used to be a platform that we used over at LinkedIn. We have since switched over to Zoom and Teams as we found them to be more reliable and widely used. We used the platform for internal meetings as well as client conversations that couldn't take place in person.
  • Allows you to connect with other virtually.
  • Allows you to screen share effectively.
  • Collaborate
  • User Experience
  • Downloading platform for the first time
  • Reliability
Most of these video providers have similar functionality and utility. At the end of the day, it comes down to preference and reliability. When I had access to multiple video providers (Zoom, Teams, BlueJeans, Webex), I found myself navigating toward Zoom and Teams more often. Now that we no longer have Webex at my organization - it becomes a pain to download the platform back onto my computer, anytime a client requests we meet with their Webex video link.

We started using Webex Meetings in 2019 occasionally once a week for our weekly evaluation meeting. In 2020 when the COVID 19 pandemic hit, this became our daily virtual meeting software, and since then, we have been using Webex Meetings daily. This software has greatly improved the productivity of our organization.
  • The raise hand feature is useful during meetings. It saves time for the host from unmuting everyone after asking a question.
  • The recording feature helps us record meetings, and people who miss the meetings can always access the recordings at a later time.
  • The messaging feature during meetings helps us communicate with participants without interrupting the progress of the meeting.
  • I love the poll feature during meetings, but unfortunately, you cannot do a poll in the browser version. You need the desktop application installed first.
I find no problem with Webex Meetings, it's a smooth software, and the only annoying thing was participants getting kicked randomly outside the meeting, and that has since been improved and doesn't happen often. I recommend this software.

Worked for BELL through CGI, so most of our Bell meetings are organized in Webex Meetings so that all Bell employees can join. Even its scrum meetings, technical meetings, and monthly meetings. We address all the latest stories we have to start and problems to solve if we have them through our stack holder.
  • Easy screen sharing
  • As many employees can join
  • Clear sound and picture
  • Like the gesture
  • We can mute anyone if they are not able to or not aware of
  • If we can change the background screen
  • Sometime if we are on LTE meetings face some problems to connect or robotic voices
  • UI can also have room for improvement
  • Most important, if the Host doesn't join, we cannot share our screen
  • So the Host feature can be improved
Any number of employees can join, loud and clear. We can mute, and I really like the feature that in a meeting, you can message an individual. I didn't like that we could not change/blur our background. And sometimes difficult to connect to Webex Meetings through LTEC. And most importantly, you cannot share the screen without the Host joined.

Webex Meeting is a great tool to connect with your team no matter who is sitting where. During the pandemic, Webex Meetings have proved their utility more than anything. Conducting meetings to sessions with a large audience base and even training where you can create break-out rooms, float surveys, and record the sessions are a few key features of Webex.
  • Recording
  • Break-out rooms
  • Survery
  • connecting the meetings with less hassle
I like the recording feature the most as you can share the recording with people who missed the session or even create your minutes without missing any important point.

Webex Meetings is an evolved product for business collaboration between geographically dispersed teams. It helps you to do meetings effectively among the team members. The best part is its ability to handle a large number of attendees as well with ease. Multiple seating arrangements are made available for better use. It is very good to use for large gatherings like town hall etc.
  • Effective meeting between teams
  • Effectively share the audio / video
  • People can dial in using audio bridge as well if unable with internet connection
  • Effective management from phone app as well
  • Easy to administor
  • Setup for panel discussion
  • Many options are hidden in menus and are not very intutive
  • Sometimes video is slow to stream
Webex is well suited for regular day-to-day meetings for team collaboration. It can be used as well for large gatherings like the town hall, all-hands meetings, etc. Its spotlight feature is useful to pin users who are talking or needs to be the center of discussion. It is not suitable for where multiple people have to share content and present in the same meeting.

We use Webex Meetings to meet with clients, vendors, and resources. It is a convenient way to help get business done with people who are a distance from you or working from home. We accomplish more in less time since it saves us from having to drive to these meetings or others having to drive to our office.
  • Webex Meetings are easy to set up, including the invite process.
  • You receive emails that show who has accepted or rejected the meeting.
  • They send reminder emails so you never miss a scheduled meeting.
  • The flow between the website and app could flow easier.
  • Lack of account information being shared across the different platforms prevents user login.
  • Workspace concept is confusing.
Overall, we love Webex Meetings. We have only had a few issues logging into certain devices. It works great for our virtual meetings with others that we need to reach out to. We have had no issues with the meetings themselves or connectivity. We would recommend others try it for their virtual meeting needs.

Webex Meetings lets me work more organized. In my experience; Webex Meetings is a very proficient tool to schedule meetings with my colleagues, partners or clients in different locations. Even before the pandemic situation me and my team used very often Webex Meetings. This product had an evolution in a couple of years with more features to get more feasible the communications with different stakeholders.
  • Very intuitive.
  • User friendly.
  • Large of features.
  • Sustainability tool.
  • Integration with Cisco phone.
  • Improve the availability to several connections.
  • Integrations with more collaborative tools.
Webex Meetings is useful for multiple scenarios, from large videoconferences to small meetings, chatting with family and friends, status meetings or large meetings; is very user friendly and intuitive for new users. I couldn't detect a scenario that this tool wouldn't be appropriate. I strongly recommend this tool for big and small businesses.

For the time I have been using this tool, the only issues we have faced sometimes are sound issues. Some people can't get the sound activated just by connecting and they need to drop off and join again to be able to activate their sound.
I have not used the video so much, but the sharing content has worked pretty well always.
It is a very useful tool to engage people outside of the company, so it is the best option for the implementation meetings when I need to get providers and customers on the same bridge.
  • Mettings with customers
  • Meetings with providers
  • Sharing contend (whole screen or just one application)
  • Audio connection at first (sometimes fail)
  • Assigning somebody else as host (could be really useful)
If I need a bridge to allow the control of the sharing screen to somebody else outside of the company, it could be remote support, so my provider is on-site, but my specialist is working remotely, it is the perfect tool.
If my meeting or activity is just with people from my own company, I could use another tool.

WebEx Meetings allows our team to connect and collaborate no matter where we are on campus or in the world. There are a variety of tools for both scheduling and attendee engagement during a meeting that other platforms lack. The ease of question and answers and polling for example is much better than what we have experienced on Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Integration with Slido and whiteboards are another reason we normally schedule our team meetings on Webex Meetings.
  • Question and answer.
  • Polling.
  • Slido.
  • Scheduling options.
  • Recording options.
  • Multiple recording views/ iso recordings like Zoom.
We have found that Webex Meetings is the best platform for collaboration with our team due to its flexibility. The call-in option, if you have a bad internet connection, is a great example. The range of tools you have at your disposal once you are in a meeting is also much better than what other platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams offer in my opinion. Breakout rooms in Webex Meetings have much more flexibility than other platforms we have used. Allowing users to self-assign breakout rooms is a great feature.

We use Webex Meetings extensively, especially since the pandemic (we did use it pre-pandemic too). We use it for our regular team meetings, work with students, interviews, and anything else where a virtual option is needed. We also use it for hybrid cases where some people are in the room and others are virtual. I usually use Webex three or four times per day, even now that we're back in the office.
  • Allows you to pin people in one place in the meeting.
  • Multiple view options for how you want to see the other participants.
  • Chat feature that can direct message people or send it to the entire group.
  • The participant list is easily visible and you (host) can rename participants (e.g., when someone calls in from their phone number).
  • Easy to pass the presenter privileges to someone else.
  • People who haven't used it have a hard time signing in. I've had upper-level people have difficulty joining our meetings and we've had to move everyone out and over to Zoom at the beginning of a meeting so everyone could participate.
  • Would love a feature to mute people on entry to a group meeting. Instead, we rely on them to do that when they get in, or we have one person watching the participant list and muting people at the beginning.
  • It would be nice if you could make the chat area larger so you could see more of it at one time.
  • Differentiating between Webex Meetings and Events from your home screen is hard, we scheduled the wrong kind in the pre-pandemic days when we were just starting out with the software.
  • Having both a Q&A and a chat is confusing, we missed questions early on when they were in one and not the other. Again, now we have someone tasked with watching each so we don't miss anything.
We use it within our university, and for all of us that already have the software, it's a great solution. We also use the Webex events (but that's a separate feature). I like to be able to make the other person large in an individual meeting (stage feature) or have all the squares and pin people in place during larger group meetings. It's been useful for committee meetings, interviews, regular meetings, quick check-ins, and a variety of other uses.
