  • Reduced levels of noise distortion.

  • Dynamic noise reduction in meetings.
  • Multiple meetings switch over simultaneously at the same time, if two meetings happening at the same time, some crossover functionality need to be introduced to attend meetings parallelly at the same time, instead of signing out from one meeting.
  • Adding functionality with Weblink connect to the meeting, additionally, passcode should be introduced, as it makes meeting organizer ensure that only the required attendees are attending the meeting as per the code.

It is absolutely a great tool. It is more flexible than Zoom and other software available in the market. I haven’t seen any other reliable conferencing software other than this. It is perfectly used for performing multiple tasks such as sharing screens, recording sessions, tracking attendance, sharing videos and files as well. Its mobile version is also fully featured. I think this is the best invention for managing remote meetings belonging to local institutions so perfectly.
Pros
  • Webex Meetings is the thing that I love about this product. I found it easy enough in scheduling meetings so effectively.
  • Moreover, it is incredibly easy to invite several people.
  • It is reliable and provide high quality results of video.
  • Recording is effective.
Cons
  • I am not having any terrible experience with this software.
  • Sometimes bad internet connection creates problems for me due to which this software fails to work efficiently.
  • However, there is nothing annoying at all. I just love to use this and will continue to use this.
Likelihood to Recommend
In my opinion it is the world’s best collaboration platform. It is well developed and well-designed tool and it is well suited to all sizes of business. It gives an extraordinary performance as compared to other software such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom. So must give it a try. It will give you tons of benefits.

  • The connectivity is never an issue, therefore users can connect easily and are not dropped.
  • The ease of screen sharing and switching between what to show and locking others from seeing what you don't want to share.
Cons
  • I honestly cannot think of anything that Webex has challenges with as I prefer it over Google Hangouts.
Likelihood to Recommend
It's great to screen share and have the ability to stop screen sharing so you are not swapping between screens and applications.

Likelihood to Recommend
Webex is really well suited for corporate meetings, especially those that involve remote participants. It is also well suited for presentations to clients, design reviews (using the screen sharing feature), workshops, and trainings.
Room for improvement: Webex can be an overkill for one-on-one chats and informal discussions. It also does not offer features for 'complex' project management, i.e. that would require detailed task-tracking and deadlines.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use WebEx Meetings to share content (pictures, PowerPoint slides, Word documents or just screen sharing) when hosting meetings with people outside of our company. We also use WebEx Meetings when hosting large all-company events when our President or CEO is addressing the entire organization.
Pros
  • We have had great success in hosting large scale meetings in WebEx, usually with up to 500 participants. We feed the audio and video into a laptop to host [meetings] and get great quality.
  • Users can set up a meeting fairly quickly if they need to host a quick phone meeting or share content.
  • The Adminsitrators section lets us manage active users. We can get reports for billing and usage to see if accounts should be disabled.
Cons
  • We use use a separate service to host voice meetings that are always on using a constant conference code. I wish WebEx had this functionality so we can combine services. It's a big hit with our users
  • I'm not sure why, but our big Events account can only have 1 administrator. So if someone is out, it's a bit of a hassle to deactivate their account and re-activate mine.
Likelihood to Recommend
For most users, it's relatively easy to set up a meeting with minimal effort. However, we have some users that use a separate service that is voice-only, but includes a constant conference code. However for our larger, company-wide meetings, it has worked extremely well.
