Use Cases and Deployment Scope
It is being used across the whole organization. I do wish more departments would get on board with it. Being able to meet at a moments notice and have scheduled meetings is nice. We have a room kit mini and its tie into Webex is really nice as you get the whole conference room and you don't have to worry about a laptop going to sleep at the end of the table.
Pros
  • Being able to connect from any device.
  • Being able to share content.
  • Using the Room Kit is awesome!
Cons
  • Had to go down for an Organization transfer/change to put all under one Organization. But as of now, we are good!
  • More step by step documentation on getting all the bells and whistles up and going.
  • Trying to setup the Webex Edge calling and video mesh takes a bit of time.
Likelihood to Recommend
Quick meetings and sharing screens or using it as a remote control replacement when your primary is not working for you to remote your users. Great for use when you are traveling and still need to meet face to face with video. When you have a video phone in your environment you don't really need Webex when you could just call the person, so that would be a less appropriate time to use Webex.

We are using this tool to conduct meetings and giving presentation to our clients for selling purpose. Experience is extremely pleasant as setup and usage is very easy. Virtual board , noise cancellation , good quality audio/video are some premium features which helps us alot in giving presentations smoothely.
Pros
  • Noise cancellation is one of the most helpful feature when doing work from home.
  • Breakout rooms are available for easy management of multiple meetings from one link only.
  • Video quality performance is extremely good.
Cons
  • Webex Meetings and the app consume a lot of ram and sometime cause system slowness in mid of work only.
  • In starting of use, the design is a little complex due to number of features.
  • The mobile app needs to be optimized and little bit laggy also.
Likelihood to Recommend
We are using Microsoft 365 as well and it is well integerated with Webex Meetings and provide a central communcation system. It provides a very clean meeting environment as compare to other apps.

Two year ago, we started work with Webex, but users couldn't use this tool because my users did not have the culture of using video conferencing. With the events of Covid-19, users realized that it is a platform that they can discuss quickly and easily and started using Webex. Currently, Webex is used on average between 18-22 hours a day and is gradually increasing. Users have now started to use different features such as recording and webinar.
Pros
  • Secure.
  • Ease of use.
  • Features are enough.
Cons
  • Design is not good.
  • Hard for dummy users.
  • Voice quality very poor.
Likelihood to Recommend
One of the best solutions in the world is Cisco, most people know how to use it. But reports and troubleshoot features are not enough.

Yes used for some of the meetings. We prefer to use Webex Meetings and also using this app, we see a continuous flow of communication ensured from both receiving and the transmitting end. It proved to be a worthful application in communicating things around.
Pros
  • Seamless connection.
  • Echoless communication.
  • Reduced levels of noise distortion.
Cons
  • Dynamic noise reduction in meetings.
  • Multiple meetings switch over simultaneously at the same time, if two meetings happening at the same time, some crossover functionality need to be introduced to attend meetings parallelly at the same time, instead of signing out from one meeting.
  • Adding functionality with Weblink connect to the meeting, additionally, passcode should be introduced, as it makes meeting organizer ensure that only the required attendees are attending the meeting as per the code.
Likelihood to Recommend
Webex Meetings provides seamless communication on both ends and also it ensures quality information passover in the meetings. So, to screen share the presentations across the network attendees, it is widely suited and regarded as commonly used internal communication software.

Especially in times of social distancing, Cisco Webex Meetings has allowed me to solve communication problems in my team. Making conferences on other platforms brought a lot of inconveniences and limitations and image or audio quality problems, which does not happen with this program. It is safe enough, easy to use, and with enough features, such as recording conferences and sharing gifs, to make meetings more personal and enjoyable.

  • It has no time limit on its free options; this is phenomenal.
  • Cisco Webex Meetings is complete and has the resources needed to have a stable conversation remotely.
  • It is perfect for any company with a low budget; without much hassle, you can use this valuable tool for video conferencing.
Likelihood to Recommend
Cisco Webex Meetings has to be one of the best video conferencing software, especially for small businesses, early-stage startups, or even groups of freelancers who want to organize themselves to work remotely. I would recommend everyone to use this program.
