Webex Meetings is being used by the whole the organization and with external teams such as suppliers across the world. The thing I most like about it is that I can easily share my meeting room's link to people to have a quick meeting. I can either select "call me," "I will call in" or "connect via computer" to dial in. Additionally, I use the Webex mobile app. It is very useful when I am out of the office and have to join a meeting.
Pros
  • Easy to dial in.
  • Your own meeting room is always available and the link can be shared easily.
  • Connection quality is sufficient enough.
Cons
  • Annotation should be improved. I want more control of the screen of who is given an access code.
  • I would like the power to accept the attendees. If a meeting is extended and I have another meeting scheduled, it gets confusing who is on what meeting.
  • I would like to record the meeting to enable me to listen again when needed, like when I have a meeting with some colleagues and struggle to understand them.

Webex Meetings is well suited when you need to keep in touch with your friends, team or suppliers internationally in China, US, Turkey or elsewhere. I recommend using the application on smartphones. It is very easy to use and the video quality is perfect. It is less appropriate when you need to remotely control a computer of those who are far from you.

After the pandemic, the entire work scenario has shifted 360 degrees where most of the time we are connected to our client's colleagues and different stakeholders via WebEx. It has become an integral part of daily productivity tools where different meeting discussion theme engagement and other fun events which we take for employee engagement and to connect with our client for requirements and special it plays a very important aspect as a product. Overall communication in the hybrid model is taken care of by WebEx we have in using it over a period of time and have seen them bringing a lot of new features which are very important and Critical like Breakout rooms and emojis for large audience hosting and creating polls and different animations. Overall the performance has been quite effective and what makes this product stand out is the convenience of using and logging in to the product with the simple link no fancy Way Or Complex in terms of joining the meeting sometimes I feel simplicity is the effective way to design a product because the purpose is being full filled with the simple designing aspect instead of keeping it be more complex.

I have used multiple applications when it comes to connecting with or communicating on the daily transaction but WebEx has been consistent in terms of simplicity and the same time delivering the quality of consistency while being on meeting and even if a large audience is invited for webinars and discussion the quality drop or issues in terms of product usability I have personally never seen it so I think overall it's a great product and well suited for your daily communication and engagement needs full stop it is less suited when you want to do a kind of a webcast because after certain threshold I am not sure this is the right platform which would like to go with in terms of broadcasting.

Most of the users are working from home right now so to connect with them we use Webex Meetings. We create virtual meetings with it. Screen sharing, unlike other applications, is really smooth. We record all our meetings with Webex Meetings which helps us keep track of all the conversations we had during that meeting.

It's really suitable for collaboration. If one enterprise is still working on a hybrid model or remote model, they will need a meeting app, and Webex Meetings is a great option for that. It has all the great features such as call recording and screen or data sharing. Its integration with Calendar makes sure you don't forget or miss any of your meetings.

  • The outlook add-in feature is excellent because there is the ability to directly add a Webex meeting to a calendar invite with a simple click of a button.
  • The recording feature is excellent because we work with many different countries and time zones, so if people need to view the presentation later they simply just need to view the link with the recording.
  • Webex is extremely easy to join via computer or phone, which is nice for anyone on the road. There is a mobile app which is simple to use and allows you to call in from wherever. This has been great for clients as well, as they find Webex much easier to use than other meeting applications.

  • Reporting so you can see who was on the call and for how long without having to monitor every chime during the presentation.
  • Ability to add additional hosts so that you can present and focus on that while a colleague runs Webex.

  • Editing recorded meetings
Likelihood to Recommend
For us, the use of Webex for off-site and virtual attendance is key. We use it so that people can attend training sessions virtually. The reporting functionality allows me to see if the user stayed on for the full training session or not.
