I have very scarcely used Microsoft Teams, so I don't have too much experience with that product. But from my experience, the two products seem very similar in their use and functionality. We have to account for the solutions that other organizations we collaborate with use. Webex Meeting is designed to integrate with these solutions completely painlessly and does it well. Having to address the technical issues that arise for our users during collaboration, I strongly prefer the user management interface of Webex. The Webex hub is an excellent tool for user management and assistance, and provides detailed reporting on issues before they arise.

Selecting Webex was mainly because our external stakeholders were using it and not the other tools which we had for internal collaboration. To be honest, there isn't much to separate Webex from other tools for the simple reason that all of these tools have similar functionalities built in. So, the selection of Webex was mainly need based rather than by choise.
