I think Cisco Webex Meetings is well suited for personal and business collaboration. It’s an excellent tool that allows us to communicate with audio, video, text chat, file sharing, whiteboard etc. However, I don't think there are any negatives to report as this software has managed to meet all our business expectations and provided us with a good overall experience. Since this is a software as a service solution, it can be easily provisioned to end-users.

My personal opinion is Webex Meetings is well-suited for team collaboration sessions, brainstorming meetings, and project discussions, though Webex can be used for various other purposes as it's a widely known collaboration tool, and you can easily use it for almost any kind of internal or external meetings and video conferencing.

Webex Meetings is well suited for training, workshops, and collaborative sessions with large audiences and is located in different locations around the world, i.e., international certifications training. The less ideal scenarios I've experienced are: kick chats or catch-ups are better with lighter tools or when I've connected from areas with limited bandwidth, the meeting with a heavy multimedia ends in a bad experience.

I guess this is suited for day to day use specially for remote wokers and oversees team to manage daily tasks. however we do not use Webex for quick catchups that is done by Whatsapp for another mode. Usually Webex is used for meetings and long discussions and where our audience is huge.

I feel it is suitable for formal conversations, official meetings where one needs to share their screen and interact with the clients, etc. or within the team based. But when someone is having an informal meeting or anything, I won't recommend Webex Meetings due to its slopy learning curve and the cost of the software.

well suited for screen sharing say IT troubleshooting wherein audio and video calls are not needed and things could work in background.
Not so suitable for chat(due to difficult user interface in terms o handling) and sharing large files.

According to me, Webex Meetings is well suited for almost every scenario where an individual has to interact with another remotely, let it be for a business meeting, a personal discussion or even to conduct an event where others can attend. Webex Meetings is not suitable for scenarios where bandwidth is par below. I usually have to connect with clients from various countries and I was facing problems in understanding their language and accent. Speech recognition real-time translation of Webex Meetings has greatly helped me in such scenarios. Thanks to the Webex Team!

In my opinion, WebEx is well suited for organizations of all sizes to collaborate both internally and externally. In the virtual world, we now live in, it is great for inter-team meetings as well as quick chats both via text and video. In addition, it is essential for sales positions where you need to meet with clients virtually or share content, demos, etc. WebEx may be less appropriate for positions where you are not collaborating a lot or selling to customers. In that specific scenario, the value-added may not be as significant. As an example, an accountant or receptionist may not need this tool. But, for sales, this is amazing!

We have our meetings every Monday and Friday and we use Webex boards for meetings. It works so well, as we can share the content efficiently in the meeting and at the same time have video conferencing with the colleagues working at the office or remotely. It also integrates well with other platforms.
