We found that a lot of users that had a lack of technical aptitude had issues loging in as the meeting organiser which would hold up the meetings on occasion.
Sometimes even though a meeting was scheduled through the Outlook plugin Webex would not see it and we had to delete the meeting and remake it

We barely faced any errors or other technical issues when using Webex. In the beginning, it was a challenge for people to work with it because they have been working with another platform for a long time but after a while, employees were happy and satisfied with the app and shared their positive experiences.

WebEx meetings has typically been available to use for employees with the exception of a few outages that have happened. Other than that, the app is very reliable and easy to use in that sense. Whenever I need to plan a quick meeting or anything like that, I have not had any issues that I can recall.

Due to Webex's availability on desktop, Android, Iphone, and ChromeOS, when the unexpected happens and we have internet issues at remote sites, switching users over to a mobile client provides the same rich feature set and causes little disruption. I have never experienced interruptions in service from the Webex platform itself and it makes it easy to recover in the event of other failures

Webex Meetings has mostly been reliable for conducting meetings however it has been noticed that from time to time webex blanks out if the internet is slow. It has also been noticed that from time to time there is difficulty in connecting to the meeting using computer audio There are instances where team members could not join using the toll-free number.
