Available all time, I didn't face any downtime with Webex Meetings. I use Webex from my Andriod phone or windows PC all-time experience is very good. Also, I usually use wifi or 4g and the connection is stable and the audio & video are very clear. Webex Meetings deployment is distributed among many data centers around the world. No chance to be down.

as a product, it is mostly available. but sometimes it crashes as well and in most of those cases happen you have an important meeting to start. Sometimes external organization participants find it difficult to join in and it takes time due to that. Once you add a webex meeting link in your invite it never goes away even if you delete that portion from the invite

Webex Meetings has been rock solid in my experience as far as outages and errors go. We lost a lot of faith in Microsoft Teams after a number of outages at important times. We have our Cisco Customer Success Manager that we can contact and he is always very quick to help us with any issues that may arise.

People have had trouble logging in a few times, and I (and colleagues) have been completely dropped out of meetings in the past, or logged in and had no sound and had to log out and try again. Luckily, at this point, we know most of the quirks and what to try when something goes wrong to get back on track and keep going with the meeting or whatever we're doing.

Webex Meetings availability has been good. I have experienced some Webex outages that Cisco provided a quick work around or resolved the outage in a timely manner. There have been a number of "bugs" that did cause issues with customers, though not an "outage" but gave a bad end user experience.

It has never been unavailable to me when I needed it. Cisco continues to expand the number of nodes in their Webex Cloud, improving reliability and redundancy. For example, they have recently introduced Canadian data centres into the Webex Cloud, and have announced plans to add even more nodes in Canada to support Canadian customers who care about data sovereignty and have a need to keep their own customers' data in Canada.

In two years of daily use, it has never been down or unavailable. We have not experienced any outages. There have only been 2 times I have had to open a ticket for support for a an application issue and both were resolved quickly and neither were for significant problems that would prevent the user from using the application.

Webex Meetings has been always available for me. I don't recall a single time when Webex Meetings failed to work or the server was down. In order words, it has been quite dependable. Also, compared to other similar products, Webex usually runs error-free. The only issue we once had was once with an employee functioning in a really low bandwidth environment. But that issue was localized for that one user and other people in the meeting were able to access all Webex features.
