On Webex, the application usually loads quickly, there is no lack of response, but you would need to make sure you have a good quality of internet connection to get no trouble on every meeting, maybe that would be the only thing to improve, however, nowadays, our connections are getting improve, so it would be an easy-going.

The Webex platform integrates with CRM & API making the integration flexible & the reports are also generated in a delayed time making users wait till the processing is completed altogether registration of users makes it easier to identify the user who has joined the user with security encryption making the meeting secure.

Performance is not great compared with competing tools, e.g. Microsoft Teams. The chat function, for example, is not great. CPU usage is very intense, especially once virtual backgrounds are added. From time to time, there are issues loading the program + muting and unmuting in the course of a conversation can be an issue.

Webex Meetings offers a wealth of data that I can easily access from an admin standpoint. As a power user, I am also able to optimize tools such as Breakout Sessions & Polling, while Q&A and Chat are readily available for all users. On top of that, being able to easily record training sessions has proven to be extremely useful for new hires.

Webex directly integrates to Outlook, your mobile phone calendar too (via outlook remote connectivity), and allows joining meetings from the Webex app on your phone. [It's] a little clunky to join complex [Webex] meetings from a mobile phone but feel that feature set is new and will be made easier as time goes on. [It's] gotten better the last 1-2 years already.it has single [sign-on] options for enterprise networking and works great for [at-home] and [in-office] situations. I highly recommend Webex for customers who use any cisco equipment as it works best with such implementations.

We haven't used any reports features, but I do like the dedicated note-taker feature a lot. The pages do load quickly, and it is easy to transfer controls to different people as needed.

Yes, the performance is good when compared against the high quality audio and video provided. Maybe, a possible improvement would be to allow the selection of some quality degradation feature based on current machine's capabilities or available internet connectivity characteristics. In the future more integration with other systems should be made available without compromising speed and performance.

Likewise, Cisco Webex Meetings is highly available and highly scalable, this product's performance is good too. The video quality of the Cisco Webex Meetings does not match that of Teams or other apps but that's something which can be improved by Cisco to enhance the over all performance of this product.

I think I have addressed this in previous comments already. I think there is still some room for improvement especially for initial installation for users that have never used this service before. Other than that I think that performance is acceptable and doesn't differ much from what competition offers nowadays.

Webex Meetings are most of the time considered to be highly effective by our team. And it's beneficial when dealing with clients who aren't as tech-savvy as we'd like Also helpful for clients who live out of state and can't meet in person. That way, we can get in, see what's there, go over everything, and leave while they watch.
