Webex Meetings
Our company uses WebEx Meetings for a variety of virtual meetings (either internally or with external parties).
We haven't been using it as much as we used to, since the introduction of Zoom and Microsoft Teams. But we still do use WebEx Meetings intermittently/when Zooms and Teams are not supported.

I use Webex Meetings in my day to day operation to collaborate with teammates as well creating custom bots to perform actions are present real time data for my environment. I also use it to store information I find regard projects I am working on. It is a traffic tool!

I use Webex Meetings during troubleshooting session with TAC and some other vendors that use it
I use Webex Meetings to organize internal trainings/enablement. Also of course conduct daily internal business activities such as planning, reviewing, assigning tasks, etc. Also we use cisco webex to ndeliver external training sessions for our clients as well as for Cisco. We record internal enablement videos like TTT (train the trainer) so that our instructors can get up to date with some technology at their convenience.

We use Webex Meetings extensively for various communication and collaboration needs. I personally use it for several purposes from regular team meetings to client calls and demos. We collaborate with various departments like Sales and Engineering on projects and weekly project check-ins and brainstorming sessions with my team, all conducted through Webex We also conduct online training sessions and workshops for our team members using Webex Meetings most of the time especially, for our geographically dispersed teams.

We use Cisco Webex to hold and attend online meetings, collaborate on team projects, and share documents. In addition, it is very useful as it allows us to record/capture meetings held and facilitate business discussions for distance/remote meetings saving time and travel costs. Since many of the company employees are working remotely during these times, Webex provides us with the required platform to host meetings easily since this is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution delivered through the Cisco Webex Cloud.

Best video conferencing software with recording access almost supports all OS in computer. Easy to download and user-friendly with free signup. Works with slow bandwidth too. The pricing is a little bit high for the business plan. Easy to start meeting with code and has personal room access also. Problem I haven't found any critical type so far it's better if integrated with Gmail. For improvement - there is sometimes delayed video received and overlapping occurs during running meetings.

Collaboration among teams made easy with Webex Meetings!
Webex Meetings help us to collaborate seamlessly among my colleagues in terms of technical sessions or meetings, which are normally hosted by me. Webex Meetings provides state of the art features which are essential for online collaboration. Features like private rooms come quite handy when trying to collaborate with selected teammates, only ensuring focused discussions and efficient teamwork.
I have used it as a host with my Webex Personal Room for getting people at different timezones connected: short status meetings up to extended workshops 2-3 days. I've used most of the features available from collaborating, sharing content, inviting participants, connecting to external video devices, and chatting privately and publicly, and managing contributions through raised hands is helpful. When attending as a normal participant in educational training, I have also shared feedback by filling out the post-webinar survey. In both roles, I would highlight the possibility of removing background noise since I used to take notes and sometimes the keyboard typing could be a distraction for others; as well as having the possibility to mute other attendees when are distracted or unintentionally have opened their mics. The 3 versions work amazing, desktop, web, and mobile, moreover this latter is pretty intuitive and loads quickly in comparison with other applications.

As we a are multiple country based organizations a tool with seamless connection is very important we did tried others like teams Skype but they did not had that benefits like Webex Meetings.

AI Integrated Meeting solution
Almost all functionalities in one app which suffice all requirements such as video calls, conference, whiteboards, screen sharing, chat, etc. User interface is also vibrant and is very easy to use, even a novice can use it easily. As an IT person, I liked its AI Integration & gesture recognition feature. It can also transcript your meeting. Other cool features include real-time translations for various languages which has made communication easier with clients from other regions. Gesture recognition and shape recognition in whiteboard are other factors which can't be ignored. All these features made Webex Meetings a class apart from others.

It is highly effective in managing internal communications, with useful features such as screen sharing, high-definition video and audio, individual and group instant messaging, controls that facilitate meeting management, and powerful integrations that further enhance the communication experience. As a result, workflow is optimized and collaborative work is significantly improved.
We use Webex Meetings to host weekly sprint meetings for our team. Video conferencing using this platform is pretty easy and convenient. Features like screen control, emojis and live chat make it more comfortable and interactive. Staying in the loop requires us to update our work weekly and share any problems with the rest of our team members and screen sharing feature really simplified that for us. We can easily share our work progress without much lag and hassle. Overall we are very impressed with the way Webex meetings platform has optimised our operations.

Audio conferencing isn't always the best
We use Webex Meetings to host our client webinars, to reach the audience that is not in our region.
We use Webex Meetings for hosting online classes in overcast conditions when students cannot travel to school. We also use it occasionally to host virtual training sessions for teachers with trained professionals who cannot travel to our institution. The teachers also use it for collaborating with fellow colleagues and working together on creating question papers etc. The weekly meetings with the director and higher ups are also organised on Webex Meetings due to its safety and security. Overall, Webex Meetings is helping us in communicating and collaborating both with the students and teachers seamlessly from the comfort of our homes.

Cisco Webex Meetings has an amazing scope, collaboration with our team and, most importantly, you can maintain direct communication with customers who for obvious reasons cannot come to meetings in the company due to the Pandemic. I always use Cisco Webex Meetings on my PC because it is more comfortable due to the larger screen and I can work more efficiently.
