  • With paid version user can schedule meeting for more than 30-45 min if required
  • More user can be added in paid version with longer call time
  • More clear voice and easy to use web interface
  • Sometime it takes too much to login into account
  • Once clicked on join meeting it takes much time to join the call
  • Need to add more better chatting function and file sharing things

  • The polling feature is unintuitive. Sometimes I can use it, sometimes it doesn’t work at all.
  • Breakout sessions were hard to learn how to use, initially. Even now, there’s always a break in the presentation flow when I use them. But that could be a user error!
