- Easy to send PMR link to users for a quick, informal meeting
- Easy to schedule internal meetings with co-workers as we can view their availability before sending out invite. This cuts down on wasted time/emails checking for everyone's availability.
- Easy to use Webex Meetings with customers so that we can have them share their screen or give us control of their screen during troubleshooting sessions.
- There have been issues with scheduling Webex Meetings from the O365 Calendar
- Difficult to delete meetings from employees that have left the company. Even though I remove the invite from my calendar, I still get reminders prior to the meeting. Not all meetings, but some meetings which is very annoying.
- Updates are good but lately Cisco has been making so many updates and we have ran into issues with the new updates "breaking" things in customer environments
- Seamless integration with IM, team spaces, and telephony via Webex app.
- Common experience across desktop, mobile, and web browser clients.
- End-to-end encryption for Meetings using Webex Audio (VOIP).
- Native integration with Webex video room systems and collaboration devices.

- Call clarity is incredible and people constantly remark how clear the audio and video are.
- Ease of use is also amazing. Scheduling a meeting and joining meetings could not be easier.
- Administrative controls are great and the amount of features that can be control at the organization level are great.
- Integration with non-Cisco video devices is a bit frustrating but understandable since they sell devices

- We can check our connection status with mediatest/webex
- limit share screen preview, and also speakers that can un mute
- there is a health checker in Webex apps
- the interface of Webex is quite different, we find the health checker option in the Help tab. it would be great if there is one in the Connection or Tools tab
- it has quite an effect on CPU / performance of PC or Webex.

- can save Status Recording information, so that if at any time I need information from this meeting, I can access it at any time.
- During a meeting using Webex, I can share the content that will be presented specifically according to the application or the entire layer.
- Can conduct persistent chat either to personal or to all participants. making it easier for the communication process, without having to turn on the microphone so it doesn't interfere with the host
- maybe in this Webex application there needs to be an additional attractive appearance, such as a theme, color, or wallpaper feature, so that users are comfortable using it for a long duration
- Because Webex has features that can be said to be complete, the UI is quite difficult to understand. Webex also does not provide user manuals. so for new users, it might be a little difficult to access it

- great for remote support, viewing customer's issues as they see them
- providing remote access for 3rd parties... giving US assistance when needed
- great for collaborating on our team meetings..
- some issues with VPN connectivity
- possibly better integration with headsets (ie mute button response with UC headsets)

Good to use when you have no other choice, otherwise Zoom is easier and Microsoft Teams is much more powerful.
