Saves time for us all - with the easiness of just taking a photo and uploading this to the app, where the cost is already sat after being imported from our bank directly.
Employees can submit expenses quick and easily compared to the old paper based methods.

- The report writing is limited
- The claim item processing for split expenses is glitchy and we often need support to complete the split
- Customer service responses can be slow.
Certain situations with split credit card expenses seem to cause the system to hang-up, often requiring tech support to correct.

- It shouldn't take 60 seconds to load a page, on every page.
- It shouldn't take 60+ days to get a response to a basic support ticket
- It should be able to use logic to calculate two numbers noted in it's system, rather than pulling a completely different figure

Webexpense is not expensive yet it is extensive!
- It is very user friendly and easy to use.
- It keeps track of mileage and automatically calculates the rate.
- It is easy to upload receipts and invoices.
- It is quick and easy to get up to final approval before each pay period.
- I really can't think of any. Aside from maybe the first time I used it. I was a bit confused until I watched the tutorial video and then it was a cinch.
