Used it for logging expenses. It makes it easy to make a claim, track and submit. It is very user friendly and has everything we need to get everyone on board with using it. I like that you can drag and drop files easily to attach receipts on to the claim.

Webexpenses is being used as the expense management system across our whole organisation. It was implemented in early 2020 to improve our process which was paper based and prone to errors. Now we can see what stage every claim is at and we can see clearly who has authorised each claim.
  • Technology - use of mobiles, laptops, desktops etc.
  • Ease of use for authorising parties - you no longer need to be in the office for physical signature.
  • Reasonably priced.
Cons
  • Multiple authorisers for when 2 or more are on holiday (currently only have 2 levels).
  • More capability to customise - add data collection from claimants.
Well suited to most unless you have employees with no email access.

Webexpenses is used by all employees at ISG for their expenses. It is a very easy and simple website to use. The only thing that would be more helpful is that the reason for claim is more explained to avoid claim rejection.
  • Simple to use.
  • App is user friendly.
Cons
  • Make it more clear on the app on how to make a group claim.
When using the app you can take a picture of the receipt and upload your claim straight away to avoid it being missed.
The only thing I struggled with using the app is [doing] a group claim, when I do it, it goes on as individual claims.

  • Very very slightly dated user interface.
Couldn't be easier, especially when compared to earlier manual process.

As a business we use Webexpenses across the whole company, this allows us to have an easy and user friendly way to manager our expenses. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate, likewise the website itself is easy to use and allows us to keep updated on what stage our expense claim is at.
  • Quick to upload a claim.
  • User friendly app.
  • Great to track what stage your claim is at.
Cons
  • Adding pictures of receipts - when taking a picture it cuts off part of the image and doesn't allow you to zoom in/out or move more of the picture into the cut off.
  • Can be a bit confusing when adding a new expenses to a claim if you are a first time user.
It is a really user friendly app and fantastic for checking up on what stage your claim is at, however adding pictures of receipts can be a bit of a problem as it tends to cut off part of the picture when it comes to uploading. It is well suited to someone making multiple claims who wants to be able to check up on and manage this on the go.
