We are satisfied with the performance of the product. The value proposition and the total cost of ownership are still viable. The competitive landscape has shifted to some extent due to new entrants in the market and microeconomic factors; however, Webexpences remained a strong offering. The product roadmap is also stable and forward looking, which gives us confidence for the future.

Since Webexpenses was implemented in our organisation we have seen the time it has saved our users completing their claims and there have been less errors with the data submitted. I don't think we would be able to go back to how we were working before so we will most definitely continue to use the product.

It is not down to myself to renew web expenses. However I would think it is very likely the company will keep on using this.
It has been used for years and has been reliable and simple to use.

There wouldn't be much reason we would look elsewhere for a similar software.

Webexpenses is the best expense software available. The strongest feature is the use of proxy users, allowing team members to log in as those workers who are credit card holders to fill in claims and apply receipts on their behalf, meaning credit card holders don’t solely have to fill in all claims.

There doesn't seem to be anything in the market at the same price point that is better, however if there is an interrupter in the market that provides better value, then we would heavily assess the cost of change to see if we should move on to the alternative offering.

The software is very easy to use with a very short learning curve. For the most part, Webexpenses runs smoothly, and recent updates have fixed many of the bugs. There are still a few aspects of the software that can be improved for easability, but they are not major. Overall Webexpenses has made keeping up with expenses and submission very easy and quick.

It depends if alternative systems for other functions (HR / Payroll) have expenses functionality included as a supplementary service. If they’re part of a total system then having a separate system for expenses when another system provides the functionality (even if mildly less efficient, etc) then it wouldn’t be viable.

Webexpenses is a very good, user-friendly, and compliant way to claim for a whole manor of purchases for business requirement. The ease of using the automatic receipt logging feature saves time and effort when submitting expenses to the finance department. The app and website are easy to use, and can be delved further into the guys if it to generate ledger reports if required.
