Great product with a lot of functionality. Would be a great benefit to any business. Very user friendly to use for end user and customisable for head of finance teams to make dealing with end transactions. Many features make for a great user experience. All our users would recommend this as something that's increasing efficiency across the board.

Overall it is quite easy to use.

Some parts are slightly counter intuitive but can be worked out.

The mileage tracking is useful but the map is hard to use if you need to specify a route you took. Often it uses the shortest route which is not often the route you will actually use.

It is easy to manage users, account creation and departments. The reports have important information and for my users and accountants it has been an easy assimilation tool for people of different ages.Which makes it easy for older users to train new users. It is a great tool and has helped us a lot.

The OCR of invoices is not 100% and can change dates or amounts without the end user realizing. This leads to inaccurate data. The error process needs improvement to help the end user. It can take some time to become familiar with claiming expenses. It would be good to have a wizard initially for new users or people who do not use the application regularly. Once competent, then the ability to turn the wizard off.

I think the functionality of web expenses is exceptionally user-friendly - anyone could pick it up and would be able to do basic-level expenses. This was helpful as we hired a large range of people and no one really had issues with usability - very helpful for easy installation.

I use Webex to claim business expenses, millage, fuel, meals, hotels etc... and have done for many years both in the UK and abroad.Webex makes the process simple and effective, the mobile (app) option removes the need to keep receipts and makes getting the receipts 'into they system' much easier. Especially with busy lives, to take the photo and have it sitting there is a great advantage, you can 'come back later' to build the claim knowing you have all the details you need.As an end user I know where I stand with the claim, when my manager has authorised the payment and when the payment has been processed by our accounts team. It would be great if Webex offered this service for charities and voluntary organisations such as Scouts and Guides. Volunteering in Scouts I can see where the service would support how we work, we as volunteers are often out of pocket and with people leading busy lives, forget to make our claims. Being responsible for the finances I cannot justify paying for this service but I can see how the service would benefit tens of thousands of volunteers if Webex was available to charities discounted or even free...

It's pretty good. Like all systems, there are area's for improvement, however in the grand scheme of things, after evaluating a heap of competitors, web expense was the best bang for our buck. We will keep an eye on the market, however for now we are happy with our selection.

Does everything I want it too. Only criticism would be lack of information on when a claim will be paid. It shows when a claim has been 'Approved for Payment' but doesn't give a date when that payment will be made. Likely an issue our internal finance group need to address more than a software shortcoming though.
