The app is very easy to use and I prefer to use the app over the web version due to the ability to add photos of receipts directly from your phone camera. This helps speed up the process and you can also track the process of your claim through the app.

The UI is really clear and straight to the point. It's easy to view past claims [and] receipts to amend current claims if you've forgotten to add receipts or descriptions. You can easily filter your claims too. The dashboard is intuitive and allows you to quickly see what amounts are outstanding and what has been approved and paid.

User friendly interface. Very easily accessible. Available on several devices. Would be nice if we could use Face ID. Fairly straightforward. Saves all previous claims so these can be referred back to if needed in the future. Would highly recommend this to other companies as it saves a lot of time and confusion.

It's really good, but can use some improvements here and there. Webexpenses provides an appropriate way to keep track of the expenses made by the employees, whether it is by purchase of equipment or other self-development tools, or to facilitate budgeting for team building events without the need for management to be fully involved.

I've used better systems, my last employer had one that is much better. Its clunky and not very user friendly. It's better than nothing but it definitely has work to do before its better than its competitors. Its not evolved in the last 6 or 7 years I have been using it.

Some fields are customiseable which makes it user friendly. It would be good to have more features on this as users are not Finance or Tech minded to need to make things simple.

I get complaints from users that the system is buggy. E.g the fields are not shown on screen (zoom issues), filled in fields disappear etc. Sometimes the system kicks users out, not sure if too many people are logged in but this can be frustrating.

At first it is a little difficult to use but it becomes easy after a couple of times and then it is just routine. So much time is saved by not having to manually enter the expense claim as it is all automated by the accounts payable team. It has been well received in the business.

The system is very simple to use once you get the hang of it and set up all the customer defaults. It makes life a little easier without all the paperwork around. I am a tidy desk, tidy mind person so I can think a lot clearer if I have a clear desk. I can refer to old invoices to check who authorized them.

Overall it is quite easy to use. Some parts are slightly counter intuitive but can be worked out. The mileage tracking is useful but the map is hard to use if you need to specify a route you took. Often it uses the shortest route which is not often the route you will actually use.

Webexpenses is a very easy to use program. It takes a little while to learn where everything goes, then it is very easy to do once you have learned that. Sometimes it can be awkward and time consuming to add receipts to the correct element of the claim, although once you are on the right path it becomes apparant.

As explained in previous questions. This product is very good for time management and keeping track of expenses claimed and petty cash till float totals to make sure nothing is missing. Only downside I find is that you have to press submit twice and have to wait for approval until a 2nd claim can be made. I would recommend this product for use in a business such as a vet practice.

It [is] the ability to access anywhere 24/7 with or without a laptop or the need to use a VPN connection which elevates this above any in-house solution that we could develop and that really simplifies the management of the expenses process going forward for the business as a whole.

I find it easy to use and have not encountered any problems. I am not the most technical minded as my generation used to have to put coins in the phone if you wanted to make a call.
Now I just take a photo then add a few details about the purchase and press save.
