We have only required support during the implementation, though the availability and quality of the support was clear which provides a lot of confidence should there be a requirement to use the support team in the future. A key factor when recommending the product to our customers which we have been doing for some time now.

They will open a case straight away so you always have a specific reference relating to your query. They will normally get back pretty quickly and will also follow up afterward to make sure you are happy and that your query was resolved. The ask before closing the case reference as well just in case you are not happy.

I contacted customer support on two occasions during the eight years I have been using the system. I have used it twice while learning the setup process as I am of an age that needs a bit more help with technology. The perfect response every time. Works that well I have not had to use it since.

It's moving in the right direction, but there is still plenty of room to grow. I think with some more investment in features it will be a very integral application to many businesses.

Advanced authentication features such as SCIM would go a long way to enhance it's security posture further.
