Previously paper forms would have to be filled in and receipts attached and submitted to finance for processing and also signed by relevant authorizer, this is now done completely online and from anywhere

The credit card statements are uploaded to Webexpenses and then it gets automatically converted to a expense claim. After having a look at the transactions, you upload the receipts and match to the correct claim. It's then easy to code the claim as all the codes are already listed and you just need to select the code from the drop down list. Then submit the claim and wait for it to be approved.

Mobile Submission, Employees use the mobile app to quickly submit claims by uploading photos of receipts. OCR extracts details like dates, amounts, and vendors, minimising manual input.

As previously expenses were completed by a paper copy, then emailed to line manager, then they sent it to their line manager and they submitted it to finance for processing and most of the times there was a human error. Whereas with Webexpenses this process is shortened due to all having access online to see submissions and approvals.

Definitely, since I started using Webexpenses it has saved a lot of time.
Webexpenses allows you to enter expenses as you go as it is available on many platforms hence saving a lot of time
