It no longer requires one person to submit all of a team's expenses. Instead, the individuals of that team can submit their own expenses and this saves one person doing it all.

By automating our expenses management process, we have saved a heap of time. Previously there were manual follow ups (not to mention the re-follow-ups) whereas now the system keeps track of the status of all the expenses and sends out notification where appropriate. Overall, it has been a net positive for our team.

Employees create a new claim per month, add items to the claim and then submit it at the end of the month. This is then automatically sent to managers, who approve or decline the claim, then it goes on to the finance department and processed for payment.

Webexpenses does save time when it comes to keeping track of claims, milage and receipts. This was manually done in the past and now I can keep track of my milage and receipts electronically. It also saves time during the expense approval process, since it is just a few clicks to submit my report.

Submitting claims is now done at the click of the digital button and then an email is sent to the approver who authorizes or rejects the expense claim through the system. Problems or issues with the claim (i.e. over a certain expense limit) are flagged at all stages making it easy to identify and rectify if required.

I have used Webexpenses to simplify the claiming process with my employer. I no longer have various forms to sign, email, have stamped, etc, it can all be done through the app or website, probably within a fraction of the time it'd take people without webexpenses to try to get in to see their payroll department!

Gathering invoices together and uploading at time of purchase so they are ready to submit at end of month rather than looking for these all together.
Approving expenses has been streamlined allowing users to put in all the details to justify the expense. Ability to add or remove if vat is appliable is great also.

Yes it has been used for this process and makes it much easier.<br><br>Everything is in one place and makes it easy to track and submit for approval.<br><br>Usually it is approved quickly by the managers as they can quickly review what expenses are being submitted.

Some users have commented that the automations that the system has help them a lot to not overlook any refund or leave any item without the corresponding documents, so I have the peace of mind that everything happens on time within the application and that my users have I was able to understand it perfectly.

All expenses must be input via the application. coding for expenses is important to ensure correct allocation. There is a centralized record of all expenses and expense invoices and requests. The application allows our staff to monitor their expenses and their records as well as allows them to take time creating their expenses. The reduction in rekeying data into any other systems saves large amounts of time and resources as well as reducing errors.

Most of the time, we save time for the expense approver while we put all the employee's expenses in one claim per month. However, doing this takes considerable time for the user because there are not so many automated activities that make the process easier and quicker.

In the case of monthly expenses, it is a time-saving tool. If you are saving all your bills on a daily basis = at the end of the month, it is a question of a few seconds.

It has been used mainly by our company for expense approval - it allows for a range of control by managers being able to log in and see what their staff are trying to expense. This also allows for control of not only what the staff are purchasing but how much they spend.
