- Acuity Scheduling and Allscripts Practice Management
Acuity is a wonderful and cheap scheduling solution that performs many of the same features WebPT's scheduler does, some better and some worse. However, Acuity is definitely designed more for small clinics or other small client-focused businesses. It took a lot of ingenuity to customize it for our use, and in the end, it was only useful for scheduling and appointment reminders. We were previously using Tiger Misys from Allscripts for over 10 years prior to WebPT, and while it was a detailed interface for claim/billing records, it was extremely outdated and not user-friendly at all. It has since been discontinued.

WebPT has been easy to use!
WebPT was much easier to use within documentation, having a singular interface rather than multiple core platforms to jump around in, and has been capacity for carrying information over between sessions.

PT With A Difference
Much better all the way around! More user friendly, compliant, easy on the therapists and billers, etc. WebPT constantly evolves and improves with added services or features all of which have been helpful for us so far. We will be staying with WebPT for the for seeable future and no plans to change.

WebPT Home Exercise Program Review.
Also, I have used PTWired and HEP2GO, but they were not in the database. WebPT automatically generates a patient profile, which is very helpful. WebPT also doesn't require the patient to download an app from the App Store, which is an added step for patients to perform, which will decrease compliance.

WebPT has given me time back with my family
I have not looked into other products, since getting into physical therapy WebPT has been the EMR that I have used exclusively.

Great product for a great price.
It made more sense financially for my small clinic when we were just starting up. Through that time, they continue to be reliable and have great customer service. I have not experienced any connectivity issues like I had previously using Clinicient. We will continue to use this program for these reasons.

I personally liked Revflow’s RCM, billing, and customer service better, but WebPT bought the company and integrated their system. Since changing to WebPT, we pretty much only have to use one product for all our clinic management rather than different tools when we were on Revflow. What we slightly lost in quality on RCM we gained in functionality everywhere else.

Love using WebPT.
I used Clinicient before WebPT acquired them. Their customer service was significantly lacking. However, there were some user-friendly components that we missed since switching to WebPT.
I have not used other in a long time so not remember but it is way better!!
I preferred the ease of use and learning curve of WebPT. As I have become more familiar with the program I have found that there is much more to explore in terms of analytics.

User-Friendly for Medical Billers
WebPT is great when it comes to built-in templates and reminders. It integrates with Therabill which is our billing software. It has all of the patient's notes and documentation all sorted by case so it's easy to find what you need quickly. Customer service at WebPT is also very friendly, timely, and communicative.

Simple and Honest
As of right now there aren't other programs I have used. Right now WebPT is at the top of the market and offers alot of what we need in terms of scheduling, users, billing and currently satisfied with the results.

WebPT, great EMR but that’s about it.
WebPTs EMR system is much better than Kareo but their patient engagement system is essentially non existent compared to both HENO and Kareo. HENO’s system much easier to use and the fact that billing is already integrated into both HENO and Kareo makes both of them a much better option even considering Kareo’s worse EMR system.

WebPT - EHR Platform of choice
WebPT far surpasses SimplePractice and Office Ally in all areas for EHR and revenue cycle management. WebPT is on par with ClinicSource for documentation, template customization, records management and revenue cycle management for PT/OT/ST. Compared to ClinicSource and ChiroTouch WebPT has room for improvement for available reporting and availability and ease of report customization.
