We made the decision to use Amplidata so that we could offer a powerful cloud storage solution to our clients for housing and managing their sensitive data. We primarily used this for our B2B clients. It is truly something that every enterprise organization should consider purchasing if you need to store large amounts of data and have the option to be flexible without major customizations.
  • Flexible data management options
  • Powerful data housing system storing trillions of bits of data seamlessly
  • Conveniently built in the cloud
  • Safe option for storing sensitive data
  • Lack of customization, though not much is needed with the out of the box solution
  • Better options for B2C customers
  • More flexible pricing plans
Enterprise grade organizations with B2B clientele would be served well by using this product. It alleviates the need for an on-premise storage solution by offering a cloud-based alternative. Smaller organizations with less data capacity needs would be better served with an in-house solution, unless they come out with more reasonable pricing down the road.
  • Amplidata has enabled us to replace our on-premise data storage for many of our larger clients, thus reducing the cost to deploy and house this ourselves
  • Clients feel confident in storing their sensitive data with us knowing that they have full management and visibility at their fingertips
  • The ability to quickly scale allows us to meet the needs of clients of all sizes
What sets Amplidata apart is the cloud-based storage capability. We’ve realized cost savings due to the fact that we are no longer housing the data on premise, and clients rest assured that they have greater visibility into their data.

The core group of people currently supporting Amplidata include our IT and Development managers. They work with the Amplidata team to ensure it has the functionality we need to support our growing customer base.
  • Expand our data storage capability for customers
  • Secure our data with cloud-based storage, thereby earning customer trust
  • Simplify the storage and accessibility of data so that a number of users can utilize it at any time from anywhere
  • Manage user accessibility roles to ensure the right people have access to the right data- and lock down certain sensitive pieces of data as needed
  • We were able to segment our data for certain projects so that only those assigned to the project could access the data
  • We have been able to include cloud based data storage as an add on in customer contracts, and have since found that customers prefer this 5:1 to on-premise storage solutions
  • We have plans to acquire a number of smaller IT platforms in the near future and look forward to using this solution to import the data elements quickly and efficiently. This will also allow us to keep the data for each company separate.
It has been a fantastic solution, and now it is so highly integrated into our business, it would be difficult to imagine continuing to without it. It is part of our customer contracts as well, and it saves us from having to invest in the on-premise alternative to provide the required storage capacity.
Yes
We felt it was important to have access to live support when we needed it, given our focus on customer satisfaction. We wanted to be able to provide solutions for our customers immediately.
Support has been wonderful. Representatives are generally empathetic and knowledgeable, and they’re quick to provide status and resolution.
No
We were bringing on a particularly complex client who needed to discuss sensitive data requirements. A support representative offered to participate in a three-way conference call to address all of the customer’s questions, leaving them very assured and ready to proceed.
