Great product, just needs to sand off some rough edges

Power Automate does A Good Job at a High Price.
- Power Automate has allowed us to create applications or customer interfaces we would not have been able to if we weren't able to move data around like we can with Power Automate
- Power Automate helped us connect 3rd party systems that previously had no connection by passing data between different channels. This reduces license counts.

MS Power Automate - Usage & Benefits
- we have seen improvement in productivity due to increased automation
- where additional headcounts were required in the past, we are now able to manage with the current team as-is.
- critical reports are generated with minimal effort and without concerns of human error in the data.
- The fact that it’s free means there is no tangible ROI for local machines
- We have been able to avoid additional costs at this point
- Any flow that will require additional cost would be evaluating to ensure that the time savings would be greater than the cost to run the flow. As long as there is a savings there is no down side.

- No need to constantly look for request or ask if there are any, as you receive automatic emails about each submitted flow
