Implement Business process primarily around sending emails, and status updates. Also used in Lift & shift of data between various systems. The availability of the connectors makes it very easy to integrate with other systems. Mostly used with SharePoint online in the backend. Automation tasks are also implemented when there is a need to schedule certain overnight jobs

I currently use this to send out automated emails for quality assurance record entry and other types of automated emails. I primarily use this for end-users to view quality assurance results. The problem that this problem helps with is emailing out in masses automatically instead of me having to do it. I also have a workflow built that emails out with attachments to help keep communication as up-to-date as possible.

I use Microsoft Power Automate to help clients automate their business processes, such as onboarding/offboarding and others. We typically use Microsoft Power Automate in conjunction with a forms tool - usually PowerApps or Microsoft Forms - and store data in SharePoint Online.

1) Automate and implement several workflows spanning multiple business needs in sales, supply chain, finance, procurement, HR 2) Linked together with RPA tool to implement specific apps to reduce manual, repetitive work in business operations in sales, procurement 3) Created an employee portal as a central access point for all employees for all kind of workflows and related apps that an employee needs to access based on their profile. This has solved several productivity issues as before employees used to access multiple platforms to perform their daily work. This is a useful productivity enhancer.

We are using Microsoft Power Automate to integrate multiple Office 365 applications and other third-party applications. It helped to automate multiple businesses as usual workflows which saved a lot of time for manual work. It does not require any coding skills and is very easy to use. Any kind of scenario could be easily automated with this tool instantly.

We typically only use it when there are functions or connectors missing from Nintex or for very simple workflows that we don't want to waste a license quota on. A few users have tried Microsoft Power Automate's templates, but using them is difficult for our average user, and most give up pretty quickly.

We use Microsoft Flow to automate internal processes such as material purchase approval flow, document file upload, customer data collection, technical teams communication when new documents are published in the file repository, and recently the integration between our chatbot to support technical and commercial teams, implementing in the bot the sending of emails with attachments and password validation by 2FA. All these automation have been integrated with Office365 products: SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Outlook 365, Office 365 Users, and Microsoft Teams. Activity flows utilize various integration components such as HTTP webhook, Egnyte, Office 365 user, and groups search. As a result, we reduced the time spent on internal processes, with email exchanges and billing between teams, improved the dissemination of important documents, and expanded the resources and services available to our internal users.

Microsoft Power Automate helped my organization to integrate multiple applications and automate Business as usual tasks which helped my team save multiple hours of work. This tool integrated well with all Microsoft Office 365 applications which saved a lot of effort. The experience with this tool is exceptional in terms of environment building, and deploying the solution for the production run.

Used Power Automate to create instant flows linked with SharePoint Lists to collect/Modify data and notify users. Flow captured the data and converted it into a pdf file and sent it to relevant users in an email.
1. Power Automate helped us streamline our internal expense approval process.
2. Customer Voice Survey results were collected using Power Automate.
3. PowerBi report's data refreshed using Power Automate to show the most relevant data in the dashboards.

I used Microsoft Power Automate to create task workflows within my team. I primarily used this tool to automatically create items in Microsoft Tasks based on the inputs into Microsoft Forms from the wider organization. An example workflow would be: if a member of our sales team wanted a piece of content created, so they filled out the Content Request Form. Based on their inputs in this form, a task would be automatically generated and assigned to the appropriate member of our marketing team for follow up.

The flow wizard is amazing for those who are unfamiliar. It helps in connecting to data sources from other products other than Microsoft. We use it on daily basis. This app support flow in multiple applications. And integrate seamlessly with any application.

I am using Microsoft Power Automate to create recurring tasking in Teams Planner for the entire department. We have daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks that we have been copying the task cards for and I believed it would be more efficient for the team to have these tasks set-up as recurring tasks.

Microsoft Power Automate templates make it easy to send and forward emails, as well as receive notifications when a new item is added to your list. Microsoft Power Automate allows additional flexibility in prioritizing and marking tasks, as well as sending emails up or down. Microsoft Power Automate helps us automate repetitive tasks in the Microsoft 365 cloud environment. Workflows in Microsoft Power Automate can be linked to many data sources. Microsoft Power Automate's no-code/least-code architecture simplifies process design.

It has been very useful. I am our HR department of 1 and it has helped me organize and automate many functions of my job. However, that being said, the system is not very intuitive. I find it very hard for someone with very basic knowledge to learn how to use the program. I have learned a lot and it's been a very useful tool. I know that there is way more that the program can do, but understanding how to do them is not the best. That doesn't mean I would quit using it.

We use Microsoft Power Automate extensively throughout the business. My usage of it is to streamline, schedule, and automate the evaluation, training, and onboarding of qualified individuals who meet the skillset required for the job. It addresses the primary business problem of being able to track/manage thousands of candidates in a way that works for a temp/outsourcing firm. It does everything from staged onboarding to scheduled mailings of bespoke examinations, to preparing emails to our customers for items such as employee terminations. My scope handles over 90,000 unique records.

We use this tool to mainstream posts from our website to our intranet. It saves us the extra steps of having to repost content that is relevant for the rest of our team to see, which saves us a lot of time. We are a small team, so the efficiency it provides is valuable.

We needed a solution for our payables department to receive invoices from email attachments, going into a one drive folder. Microsoft Power Automate gave me the tools needed to design a product that achieves our end goal in simplifying payables document management. We linked it from our Exchange Online mailbox to our Microsoft OneDrive account.

We use Power Automate for getting data to where it needs to be. We have some information on premises in different places, as in sharepoint or a SQL database, that need to match up to certain tasks in the 365 cloud. For example, we may have an incident report that could tag different users, send emails, and generate a form that needs to be archived. This requires some information from our SQL DB and our Sharpeoint 365 solution. Then it will store that record back in a datbase on premises. This is where Power Automate comes in handy. It helps get the data where it needs to go each step of the way.

We use Power Automate to essentially build robot processes. We look to repetitive and other eligible tasks for automation, work with users to standardize their processes, and build flows so the process can be eliminated or shrunk from the users' hands. This may include the use of cloud flows and desktop flows.

I have used MPA to make the business processes easier and streamlined (email generation based on task status, document migration from email to SharePoint, etc.). It removes a lot of manual labor from task management and mass communication across a team. I have been able to reduce time spent on remedial projects or tasks.

MS Power Automate is a part of the overall o365 suite and is directly available for any of our staff who wishes to use it. It helps us to automate all those repetitive functions over desktop and SharePoint with ease. Best part is it is very easy to take up and learn and not requires the user to get too technical unnecessarily.

Microsoft Power Automate is used to reduce touches of repetitive tasks in various departments. It’s used to create workflows such as to-do list from emails. Currently it is not used throughout the company but that is the goal once our core users I have gained a good enough knowledge to support our users. We see it as a way to save time and avoid things falling through the cracks.

We are using Microsoft Power Automate to automate a lot of our old procedures. For example, we created a Return Material Authorization (RMA) which goes through a process of approvals. Also, have new hire and employee exit forms that automatically create a help desk ticket with Jira. The best part is that you can set it up to run automatically, on schedule, or ever use manual triggers to activate the services.
