- The UI is clear and very clean.
- There is no support directly built in, the support portal seems like an afterthought.
- The issues related to certificates are not easy to resolve. Sometimes the issues require support to intervene, provide scripts etc. That stuff should be directly linked into the correct place in the dashboards. E.g. Here loading the certs causes xyz issue, review this help for issues on this tab etc.

Their management dashboard is improving as they as an organization develop, albeit still some work to do to be as good as some of their competitors. Overall though with some understanding, it's straightforward to use and provides us with what we need.

Plenty of online documentation for anything you need help with and online support for specific queries.

Easy with a lot of options, a strong platform that eliminates downtime. Support is helpful, accurate and fast. Supports large scale projects. Easy to use even for people with no much WordPress background. This makes that the clients can make adjustments on their own. It has also a great hosting service

It is fairly easy for a development agency such as ourselves, but it could be hard for clients who want to manage their own website.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but their team supports you very well.

VIP Dashboard functionality isn't the best. Other than that we haven't had any difficulties using WordPress VIP.

WP VIP really changed the game when it comes to Wordpress CMS and Content Management. A one stop shop for all our clients business needs. Focusing on Content Management instead on technicalities. Big advantage is the Security features that covers all recent vulnerabilities that any Wordpress developer/user wastes lots of precious time on fixing/updating. Performance wise WP VIP are definitely up there. We’ve been doing lots of optimization work over the last few years. Every client wants to score 100. With WP VIP we decreased the time spent on optimization significantly and now feel confident with taking more performance optimisation work than we did before.Lastly, maybe the most important for every business, is the support quality. WP VIP run a superb support team with phenomenal knowledge and expertise. Quick to respond and solves issues here and now. Definitely recommended.

It is a very intuitive service, and any doubt gets solved in an easy and professional way by the support team.

For the most part, the ease of use would completely depend on the competence and experience of the end-user. Still, from my experience, the reaction is often very strong, meaning they find it highly intuitive to use, and the only fallback is that less experienced practitioners can feel left behind.

Easy to use, easy to set up, easy to navigate. And if you find any step problematic their support was always there to help me go through it.

The thing that facilitates the ease of use in regard to WPVIP is the customer facing team that they employ. WPVIP customer relation team has a comprehensive hiring process that aims to onboard knowledgeable people who are motivated to help the customers achieve their goals. Their website also provides plenty of resources that empower the customers and improve the ease of use.

We are still getting the hang of the WordPress VIP CLI but in general, doing everything is very easy; including renewing an SSL certificate which with other hosting providers can be a serious pain.

From developers to users, we are big fans of WordPress VIP's UI. It's easy to use, retains a lot of familiarity with WordPress, but also offers additional functionality and support that makes the CMS easy to navigate.

While managed hosting gets rid of some headaches, it comes with some compromise. You're forced to do things "The WordPress Way" which can be frustrating at times. Sometimes having access to the database and file systems makes life easier, but I understand why that can't be allowed.

Access and usability to our dashboards are very straightforward. All of our websites are in one spot that I can get to review and even access the WordPress dashboards right from there. Previously on other hosts, we had to log out of one account to get to another account even when using the same platform across multiple sites.

It's easy to work in staging environments and then push that code to productions.
