UKG Workforce Central helps us support time & attendance for all of our employees around the State at many different locations. We also use it to post all of our open positions in the form of job postings and manage applicants through the interviewing process all the way to hiring. UKG Workforce Central is also our Human Resources system where we can store centrally all HR documents.

UKG Workforce Central is used across our whole organization. It allows us to be able to work with our associates to publish and manage schedules, and process our daily and weekly benefits, such as associates being able to submit their own sick time and vacation requests for approval, but also allows us to enter benefits on an associate's behalf if needed.

The reason behind choosing the software is it has many amazing features like tracking, scheduling and [is] easy to use. We have been using the UKG Workforce Central tool for a very long time in our organization, and I am very satisfied with its results. It is very easy to use, and it had very positive impacts on our business. Like now, we track the working hours of our employees, their performance, payroll systems. The tool just beautifully helped our business to get more organized and disciplined. The layout and functionality are clear and simple. You won't have to waste much time searching for the tools you need.

UKG Workforce Central (formerly Kronos Workforce Central) is used as the timekeeping system for the city. In addition to traditional timekeeping, we leverage it to keep track of hours related to grants, projects, or specific activities. We also interface it with Workforce Telestaff and pass through scheduling and accrual details. It is used by the entire city proper. The public safety divisions leverage Workforce Telestaff.

UKG Workforce Central is used across all companies within the Group. We use a combination of the InTouch clocks and the mobile/tablet apps.

For us, UKG Workforce Central solved the problem of needing a cloud-based Time and Attendance system that is flexible and scalable, as the Group went through a period of rapid acquisitions. It also allowed us to have consistent real-time data for us to analyse work patterns and this data was key when needed to workforce planning following the COVID epidemic.

We are using the base system and the recruiting. It provides an employee experience we could not provide our employees in our old system. Employee self-service was a key factor in our decision-making. The payroll process is easy to use and the integration with outside vendors has been game-changing for accuracy with all of our vendors.

It is being used across the entire organization for HR and payroll. We've also started using it for hiring and talent tracking. All new hires and employees are in the system whether just for their personal timekeeping, HR and payroll or as a manager over one of more of those areas, and hiring managers are in there approving new hires and starting that process as well.

Kronos Workforce Central is used across our departments and it has aided tremendously in our time/payroll. The software is much more than a swipe in swipe out hourly tracking and allows all types of data, information and reports to be in one place. The software is very user friendly and is constantly improving.

Kronos Workforce Central is used to track employee time worked and PTO, including requests to use PTO. Academic staff only have access to clock in/out or approval of a timecard through the web, whereas hospital clinical staff also have access to a phone clock-in option with Kronos Workforce Central.

All staff and faculty use Kronos Workforce Central across the University. We use it to log vacation leave, sick leave, any FMLA leave, or comp time. It's also used to check balances for yourself or any reporting employees.

Across the entire school district we use Kronos for keeping track of hours and work dates. It helps the district keep 2500+ staff members organized and it's easy enough to use. Many staff members use it to predict vacation hours, sick hours to help them plan for their vacations. Having an easy-to-use, organized space to keep track of their hours.

Kronos Workforce Central is utilized by our entire company as our time card. We clock in and out online using this program. It's a great tool because it helps break down everything and it's easy to use and understand. It is also a great tool to keep track of your Paid Time Off.

We have been using Kronos WC since 2014 and recently upgraded to Kronos WC 8.0. We use it for Timekeeper, Human Resources and Payroll functions and process payroll in house. We implemented the Attendance Module after one year of using the system.

It is used by our whole organization to manage out time for employees. We track vacation, sick, holiday, etc. in this system, as well as all clock-in and out punches. We have always been very pleased with this system. We even have some custom processes that work quite well for us.

Kronos Workforce Central is our time keeping system across our organization. All hourly associates use it to punch in and out daily. Managers use it for managing labor and ensuring that employees are logging their time accurately. HR and accounting staff use it regularly for reporting purposes and various metrics needed to manage our business. We also use it to ensure that all employees' vacation and PTO are accurately accruing and processing.

Kronos is used first to manage timekeeping for hourly employees and time off for salary exempt employees. All employees in the company use Kronos. Kronos also maintains individual employees' time off buckets. Finally, some of our largest orgs use the workforce management / scheduling features in Kronos to help plan to meet business needs.

Kronos is utilized by the entire organization for timekeeping and time off requests of all employees. This includes all clinical and non-clinical staff whether they are exempt or non-exempt status. As a 24/7/365 operation timekeeping, incentives, and differentials are imperative to capture both legally, but also for our own analytical purpose. Kronos has allowed for the organization to monitor schedule, float hours, and effectively track hours and location of hours by each individual employee.

Kronos Workforce Central is used for employee scheduling across the whole organization. It is easily accessible online from any device and allows employees to see the most up-to-date information about their schedules, rather than just having a paper schedule in the office.

Kronos is currently being used across the University of Maryland Medical System. We're using it to address time and attendance (using the Kronos time clock), timestamp (using our intranet), basic scheduling, reporting and in 2016 we introduced Attestation Tool Kit to the organization. For those unaware of this module it gives employees the ability to state if they received their full meal break at the time clock or the web.
