  • I've seen the benefits of AirWatch when it comes to corporate security. Corporate data is protects and it's difficult to put an exact value on that.
  • Inventory control/device management is made simple. We have dashboard visibility to our devices in real time.
  • With zero touch deployment options through programs like DEP and Android for Work, deploying devices does requires less man power and far less skilled labor.

  • We have 1L+ users who are using AirWatch now and organization is doing pretty good when it comes to providing services to VIP users and other users.
  • If we are talking about ROI - Organization is fully satisfied with service and in near future try to avail more features from VMWare. Cloud base service will be next target
  • There is always a positive impact when we have a solution like AirWatch in organizations and users are availing all the services which are provided. As per our feedback users are not happy with enforcement of some policies which they have to follow for enrollment. Earlier it was like they just go and enter id password and done, they can get emails on the device.

  • Visibility of all support team, their location, apps installed on devices and security level, which guarantees information is secure.
  • Users don't have the time to be spending their telecom plans on apps that are not accepted for corporate use. So, this plans can be controlled and money saved.
  • Cost happens to be an OpEx one, and even though it is not visible in ROI, when you calculate how much money represents data leak, information lost, users not arriving to attend customers, and more. The cost is giving you a return on customer satisfaction and continuity.

  • Because of how large our organization is, we have had to basically dedicate a couple of our team members to this solution, even though we utilize their SaaS platform. There is a lot of work that is involved into making AirWatch the best it could possibly be. If you are looking to get the basic functionality of it, you will. If you are looking to enhance security on your mobile devices, AirWatch has the capability, but it takes time and effort.
  • We have saved a lot of money on shipping costs because the majority of the work can be done over-the-air. We can also analyze users data usage by using the telecom features, which prevents cellular data overages.
  • Customers are impressed with how mobile optimized our organization is, and we wouldn't be that way unless AirWatch was in the picture too.

  • Printing and shipping costs have become non existent. With all presentations now being electronic and loaded prior to the meetings, we no longer have to plan ahead for physical logistics.
  • A devoted team needs to be assigned to troubleshoot the devices during the live meeting. Someone devoted to compiling and loading the information needs to be responsible and have good interpersonal skills with the account holders.
  • Updates from AirWatch Apps need to be done on a regular basis.
