Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The whole organization is using the software for the details of the documents which are used. By using this software we can easily do our work for the betterment of the organisation. Though it is very helpful to us it creates some problems with the lacking some features. Otherwise is a wonderful software for any organisation to develop.

It is a superb software for me. I can easily handle the software. It is perfect for documentation for the office. When I use it I can easily do my work. Sometimes it is getting slower when I am using it frequently. But the day-to-day update is helping to solve the problems about the software. However, it is perfect software.

Awesome Word Processing Software

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The DSRF software development, cyber security and mainly data analysis and scrapping teams are utilizing WPS Office generally. I personally use it for bookkeeping pages, emergency text or code writing, and reports. I have a great deal of information that I transfer and download into information bases that I utilize the sheets for. It replaces Dominate for all that I do. After the reports, of course, I use it for anything from agreements to guidelines. WPS Office permits me to join and send sheets and reports to individuals outside of my association, however with Google, you need to give access.

Likelihood to Recommend

The WPS Office is an extraordinary program [that has practically] everything; apparatuses [are] expected to work, compute, and present. There are many devices and it [leaves] nothing [to be desired]. I would have zero excuses not to introduce this total program bundle; undoubtedly, I suggest this program.

A perfect mobile solution for office suite.

Everyone in my organization use this software. We mostly use its mobile application. It helps us to access most of the office documents on our mobile devices. We use this app to edit those documents also and share them from this app itself. I use this app for making client presentations also. It can create very beautiful slides for presentations.

Pros

  • Its user interface is very easy to operate.
  • This is one of the best apps for PDF viewing. PDF viewing is very seamless in this app.
  • It has multi-platform availability. It is available on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
  • It provides many pre-loaded templates for presentation slides.
  • It provides documents sharing facilities also.

Cons

  • Unavailability of auto spell-check integration in this app. They should integrate a good program for spelling correction/suggestion.
  • It does not have all the required tools to edit PDF documents.
  • No clarity provided by the developer on the security of my documents on its servers.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is the best software for handling office documents during travel. We manage all our office documents from our mobile phones when we travel. We sort out data on spreadsheets, we make client presentations, we create/edit word documents on our mobile phone itself with the help of this software.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

WPS Office is being used by me personally and not by my organisation. It solves the problems Microsoft Excel used to solve.

Pros

  • Alternative to rather costly Microsoft product (Excel).
  • Functions almost as equivalent to Excel.
  • Pivot table is a great tool or feature.

Cons

  • A visualization tool like what Excel has.
  • Apart from this it is good I believe.

Likelihood to Recommend

Any personal or office environment of mine is filled with calculations and numbers as I am in the finance field. Be it a smaller function, a complex multi sheet pivot or vlookup or a macro for that matter, it is always WPS I have used to solve and make my life easier leaving all the calculations to it and devoting my time for other value added activities.

Our sales department is using WPS Office for the most part. I use it for spreadsheets and documents. I have a lot of data that I upload and download into databases that I use the sheets for. It replaces excel for everything I do. And then the documents, of course, I use for anything from contracts to instructions. WPS Office allows me to attach and send sheets and documents to people outside of my organization, but with Google, you have to give access.

Pros

  • I can download data into a sheet and send it as attachments to my client to review before I import it into their database.
  • I can upload data right from the sheet and import into our CRM.

Cons

  • I want to be able to sort a column from a-z and have it shift everything and not just the current column (maybe I haven't' figured this out yet).

Likelihood to Recommend

I pretty much use this to share and upload data without having to give access as you do thru google. You can download the program for free, but you have to upgrade to get some of the unique features. It's straightforward to use, and there are a lot more features available that I haven't used yet. My most common use is that when I get a list of data, I upload it onto a sheet and then email it to my client. They then go through it and let me know of anything they do not want to market to, and then I can quickly delete them before I import.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The WPS Office is a program with good accessibility, [I make] frequent use of the "Writer" program and especially the "spreadsheets" that help me to make accurate planning and calculations. The main point you want to highlight is free access, and it is a project that deserves incentives and is certainly worth using.

  • It's easy to use.

Cons

  • There could be an automatic update
  • Competitors are missing some features, but not on spreadsheets

Likelihood to Recommend

The WPS Office is a great program, has a set of all the work tools needed to work, calculate, and present. There are many tools and it leaves nothing to be desired. I would have no reason not to present this complete program package, without a doubt I recommend this program.
