We've had so many questions during the establishment of Wrike for our team, and the Wrike support team has exceeded our expectations. Our team is naturally curious, and the Wrike support team has always been willing to hold conversations about how we can make an idea work, to show us hidden features that delight us, and to help us plan ways to build out projects efficiently. They meet our questions with multiple solutions and best practices.

Wrike support team responds to our request very fast and his there to help us resolve questions. We also have many touch points with our CSM to discuss our account, anything new with Wrike and ways to improve our process. Our requests to support are usually resolved via email, but if the concern is more challenging calls are set up to better understand to help us get to a resolution.

Support is very quickly and they want to solve problems actively. When I need additional info I can use community forum, when I've an issue I can use support form to get help. The support is of excellent quality from the first level, to grow when you talk to the engineers it becomes even more important

We purchased the white glove support from Wrike. Whenever we have a question, they are always responsive via email, chat or phone. If they can't fix it right a way, they provide timely progress updates.

N/A. I have never contacted support for this product. The directions say to skip the question; however, there is no way to skip it without choosing a rating and filling in the response.

Contacting Wrike for issues was easy. We were also trained by Wrike internal folks, so had initial contacts from that point on. Honestly, Wrike met my expectations for overall use, so I rarely had to reach out. We also had a Wrike super user who had been trained as an administrator who could assist with minor issues as well.

Wrike's customer support is top-notch! There are so many ways to get answers from Wrike - from their blog, videos online, community forum, contacting customer support. Whatever way you choose, you'll have an answer within 24 hours, often within just a few hours. I love my customer success manager because she meets with me via Zoom every quarter to show me new product updates, tips and tricks, and talk through any issues or wishes I have with the system. She then provides me with regular status updates on product suggestions I've made. It's awesome!

We have had conversations with the support team that have been overwhelmingly unsatisfying where we've always tried to explain our problem and they come back with some more expensive beta way to solve it. Not ideal for what we're doing and it's never clear that they fully understand what we are doing with the software and how they can help us. Most of our utility has come out of building it on our own.
