Trello was way too basic for our needs. we needed something that was more robust. I still use Trello to keep track of basic lists. it has general features but nothing that compares to Wrike. Wrike the go-to program to meet and fulfill my needs for my clients.

I did not select Wrike. It was in use when I arrived. I actually find it easier to organize and search for projects and tasks in Jira rather than Wrike. However, Wrike does seem to do a better job of reminding me when there are tasks that others have assigned to me that I am supposed to be doing.

Wrike is the sole project management software at our company. I have not used any platform close to Wrike, outside of maybe HubSpot. HubSpot is another workflow automation tool that automates our email processes, but it doesn't have the same approval features or collaboration that Wrike has. We often upload workflow plans from HubSpot into Wrike for approval.

I haven't used this program a lot, but from what I remember, it wasn't as easy or intuitive. It may have had more functionality if you're a power user, but I wasn't. I also remember that program planners had to share paper copies for all of us to know what was going on, which got outdated fast.

In my opinion, both Asana and Trello are simple and easy to navigate. That said, in my experience, both are lacking advanced project management features that Wrike possesses.

I have used Monday in the past and I think Wrike is so much better. I felt like Monday was better for seeing projects from a whole and the stages it was going through. I think Wrike is better suited for the details and timelines and tasks for people on the team.

Wrike does not stack up against Monday or ClickUp. That is why we left Wrike. Navigation in Monday and ClickUp is fast and easy. Creating tasks is a breeze and very easy to follow. Resourcing is easy. Creating different forms within each is simple and very useful. Integration into Slack is really nice. Creating project lists is quick.

Microsoft, as far as i know, only provides reminders for tasks assigned to me. It does not track status of others who may be working on same project. Wrike does a better job of keeping me informed on status of assignments others are working on.

At my company, we use both Jira and Wrike. Jira is used more for task management and communication between designers, developers, QA, and product owners, and Wrike (at our company) is used more for request submission to specific teams.
