I have a soft spot for Jira since I used it for 5 years (compared to Wrike that I've been using for about 6 months now). The automation is a lot more intuitive and complex on Jira and allows for more potential compared to Wrike. I was given a good comparison of the two: Wrike is like Jira for marketers.

As I said before, the comparison of between versions of file uploaded is really a good feature of Wrike that I havent' experience yet with other Task Management systems that I have used. Aside from that, it's easier for me to collaborations between task laid out in Wrike rather than other task management systems.

Again, we use Wrike mostly for the project management abilities it has. It has more options and more detail than other programs. I think having many options that can be tailored to your own personal and departmental needs is key. Wrike seems to do that for our project management needs and more.

While the UI may not be the most modern Wrike's flexibility and ability to integrate with other tools sold us in the long run. The ability to plug in directly with Integrate and access Wrike's API allows us to have everything flow through a single point.

Wrike is far better than GanttProject and GanttPRO which only manage schedules.
Hubspot is a good project management software but it do not permits teamworks and taskmanagement.
Wrike is a more complete tool. And it can address more project types with a correct configuration and an informatic teams who will work on it.

Wrike provides more extensive project planning and collaboration features compared to Trello. Wrike is a better choice for organizations with complex projects, extensive task dependencies, and resource allocation needs.

These two services are very similar platforms. Both allow service request tickets to be digitally submitted to the IT Department to report bugs and issues with programs, software, etc. I like the functionality of Wrike better, though, for the most part. Once you get used to the layout and where to go to submit your requests, it is pretty easy to use.

Wrike has items like approval process and templates that are available for use that make it a great tool to work with, however setting up the actual spaces and automations takes more time than other project management tools I have worked with

It is easier to search and find the correct project and you can create versions of files and images. You can see the changes you requested from version 1 to version N. The view to the project is a folder with task inside.

Wrike has a cleaner dashboard and overall look and feel than Asana. Wrike has more ways to view and openly chat and tag users in communication vs tasks. Wrike has a better template for projects and folders.

Jira required too many third party integrations in order for us to be able to do what we can do with Wrike right out of the box! Wrike works seamlessly with the rest of the Microsoft suite we use, and the Teams integration keeps our team on task and our business partners informed on progress.

Our team evaluated tools like monday.com, but this tool had fixed workflows and we could not alter them to our needs, which was not very helpful for our public relations work. As a result, despite Wrike's higher cost, we decided to stick with this tool because it was more efficient for tracking work.
