Wrike has been a perfect tool for us. We love every aspect of it. The product, the support, and the community are great! We actually are renewing this month and look forward to many, many years ahead. Wrike provides updates every week. There are improvements and new enhancements all the time. Just when you didn't think it could be better, a new enhancement is added!

We recently upgraded to include the Pinnacle features of improved Approval features and Business Intelligence analytics. I expect this year to demonstrate how valuable Wrike is for establishing new and streamlining existing processes.

Wrike has begun to be embraced by our organization. Individuals have started to test it out and try to grow and utilize its functions. At this point, the rollout and training has been so painstaking I can't imagine we would make any moves away from it. This is all in addition to the simple fact that many of us find it very easy to use and helpful.

Wrike is a valued system which allows us to reduce the amount of manual work being done across the business. It has transformed the way we set and manage tasks and is now making us super efficient and productivity has increased. We have a contract in place but I can definitely see us renewing when that is up.

Wrike is accomplishing the job I want it to. I have no desire to explore other products at this time. Also, have no desire to spend the time implementing or mastering other products, when the current solution is doing the job adequately. If it aint broke...

Some departments are using the platform less frequently and there are always new competitors coming into the market that we do consider. It is beneficial to be open-minded to new tools that come out to improve business outcomes and to remain competitve. That said, we will continue to use Wrike for the foreseeable future.

Wrike is a good general project management product, but is also very similar to other PM products on the market today. I've cross compared a lot of PM products and used many as well, and find that although I do like Wrike's general aesthetic and intuitiveness, again, it is similar to others. Getting the reporting that most companies are looking for leaves you having to get a pretty expensive Wrike package.

The worst part about Wrike is that it is one of the most robust Project Management softwares I've used. But, that is also it's best trait! As a result I've been able to utilize Wrike for anything and everything that my business requires. The cost is low, the usefulness is high and the ability to adapt to my needs is unprecedented compared to the other PM software I've used in the past.

Wrike is still a good tool for any team managing projects. IT helps with communication and lets everyone see what needs to be done and who is doing it. It can clear up much confusion. Wrike has gotten better over the years, but it has not gotten more complicated.

After implementing Wrike, it was immediately clear that the business could not return to a "before" state. Efficiency and collaboration improved tenfold, and the time spent on project management was fractioned. It enabled us to improve processes throughout the entire company, from sales and marketing, to design, to operations, and enabled the seamless integration of outside contractors which allowed us to scale easily to meet demand.

It was a very good tool but it lacked some key features and capabilities that we needed to fulfill our most complex projects, so we decided to upgrade to a more comprehensive (and expensive) tool for collaborative work and project management. Nevertheless, it´s a great tool for beginners in these kind of tools or for smaller teams who need a very efficient way for communication, teamwork and management.

While the people who primarily use Wrike within Marketing are enamored with its functions, it is widely unpopular with our internal users. We are not sure why this is the case, but the reasons range from 'it's confusing to use' to 'I don't know where to find anything.'

Despite this, I believe Wrike has THE best search feature of anything I've ever used, as far as intelligence, speed, and accuracy. I can find almost anything from the past in a few seconds. We also like that we can create custom forms for certain workflows and divide larger projects into intelligible steps and, especially, sub-steps (or sub-tasks as Wrike calls them.)
