An excellent and in depth way to keep track of your tasks and projects from a vary granular way, to a 1000 ft view. Wrike can do it all! We use Wrike at our marketing agency to help keep track of our projects from a strategy pre-production standpoint all the way to posting and analysis follow up. Wrike helps us keep track of our time and how closely we are managing tasks to hit the timelines we created for ourselves.

We use Wrike as our project management platform to manage projects, organize workflows, and collaborate with team members. Wrike helps us manage the workflows of our Marketing Operations and Design teams through the platform to create tickets, receive timely approvals and keep a clear system of record of all of our marketing projects.

We use Wrike to manage marketing projects. It has changed the way we work in a positive way. Prior to the pandemic, we operated through a makeshift process that wasn't able to cross departments (i work in intergrated marketing). In my position, I work across departments alot. Wrike allows us to work seamlessly on projects that require an integrated approach.

We used the platform as a tool to manage tasks and projects, follow Timeline and Gantt, and assess risks and challenges.
It's pretty easy to understand and control, with a nice task tracking system.
You also have a dashboard to oversee progress and status, with a variety of filters you can apply to better highlight your needs.

Great for studio workflow

I use Wrike in my positon on a daily basis, it is an extremely useful tool in managing our clients workloads and new tasks that come into the studio. we can upload all work to send to and from the clients through Wrike being able to make up any amends and questions on artwork or within a chat like set up. it is great for collaborating meaning any designer can pick up where you left off.

My only negative is time management, I use a separate tool for this, as remembering to start and stop jobs when managing lots of tasks at once is something i am not very good at. I then have to go back and add these in at the end of each job which is also a remembering game. id love Wrike to be able to record my time automatically then it'd truly be a one stop solution.

We use wrike for day to day task planning. With our generalized workflow that consists of wrike task management and deadline structure. The only limit we have with wrike management is the flow between company leads and project managers. Where the is no platform for task scoping on a level above basic workflow structures.

It’s primarily a project management tool with feedback loops built in to help the sales and marketing department keep track of progress and approvals on all projects. It is used across the company. The business problems it helps is the sheer amount of customer and stakeholder communication and their frequency mixed with the needs of each requires constant engagement. Monitoring of progress from marketing initiative contributors is unruly without it. And approvals from management was impossible to verify at the various stages without it.

We utilized Wrike to manage our creative projects. We used Timelines, workflows, reviews, forms, etc. within the platform to stay organized. Any time someone within the business had a project request they'd submit a form that would come to us. We set up blueprints so certain projects automatically populated with the correct workflow to complete each project.

My team uses Wrike as a project management tool. Before, we had to email individual stakeholders, team members, and freelancers to delegate tasks and outline projects. Wrike is our workaround for this now, and it's cleaned out our inboxes and improved team efficiency all around. We also use it to request new user profiles for the different software platforms we use today.

We use Wrike to project manage our marketing requests for the entire university. Before Wrike we relied on email, and the result was chaos. Now we can not only track and manage all the requests more efficiently and effectively, but we can see metrics on how many requests are completed in a given year.

Our design firm has many clients and Wrike is the perfect compliment to what we do every day. We can track, manage, understand exactly where we are in the process. When you're working with many different projects it's easy to get lost. But with Wrike, all those problems go away and we are able to manage all our clients efficiently. There is a little bit of a learning curve with this program, but it can be used at various levels to serve the needs of the client. I like that!

I used it for organizing issues learners had in the online university courses as well as keeping track of other tasks I was in charge of such as beta testing and designing new courses to add to the growing list we offered. With Wrike I was able to easily assign the appropriate individuals to the tasks we shared.
