Customer support of this tool is working efficiently and providing effective services. They are well skilled at resolving our every single issue. Otherwise this product is also working well. It is integrated with Adobe, Office 365 and Google Drive, which allows you an easy upload and sharing of files. Wrike is also unique in the sense that it also allows you to comment on certain projects, in this way it has made communication easier.

Our broader team loves the platform, and our account manager has been very responsive in assisting us with questions on how to best leverage the solution. We are currently in the process of bringing on point-collaborators from other departments to test out potential for a multi-department rollout.

While our technical teams leverage Jira there is an opening for the non-technical teams to leverage Wrike for stronger and faster project collaboration.

They have always been prompt to respond and were able to negotiate with us about billing. They also worked to make sure that we understood the features of the product. We have a person to contact in case of glitches or to address our support needs. They are very helpful.

The technical support is decent, but we've really struggled with regular user support. At one point, we had been assigned a customer success manager, and then never heard from them once. We really like Jed Duso, our account manager, and really enjoyed the Wrike Conference.

Emailing the help desk always gets a quick helpful reply, bi-weekly calls with my customer success manager provide personalized support, and the Wrike Online Community inspires me with other ways to leverage the software and improve automation. Wrike is transparent with its product roadmap which is helpful to understand new features coming soon and plan for their impact.

Our customer success manager (CSM) is very approachable and not only answers questions but also acts as a strategic partner, helping us think of better ways to utilize our platform. On top of that, the online tech support is best of class. It's very responsive and personable. The Wrike Community is an online support library of articles and best practices from both Wrike AND Wrike Clients.

With frequent updates and new features, Wrike's support team seems to work very diligently on providing constant support to the platform. I appreciate the sunsetting of older features to give our team time to prepare for moving over to new features in lieu of losing the support of older, less efficient features. For example, Personal Spaces was an excellent addition to an already feature-rich "My To-Dos" and "Inbox". Being able to link project/department specific tasks into Personal Spaces has increased my own workflow productivity and efficiency quite a bit.

I've never reached out to the Wrike team for support, but they have proactively reached out to our team multiple times to make sure we're okay and don't have any issues or problems.

The support team is very knowledgeable. They familiarized us with several product features. We were able to deliver the training to the other staff using the training materials of the company. The team is There is also a user community where users can initiate questions and network with other users.

We've had good and bad interactions with Wrike support people. We've definitely had situations where people at Wrike have given us incomplete or incorrect answers to questions but their folks have also bailed us out on a number of occasions. It's definitely a comfort knowing that it's relatively easy to get someone on the phone to help.

Without a doubt, the suggestions, comments and contributions on the alternative presented were decisive for its acquisition; They were evaluated along with the characteristics, costs, and functionalities, especially when we had to consider other options that were discarded, due to the virtues and prestige of this application.

I find it amazing to have a tool that helps us collaborate, and to be surrounded by people who share our vision and really want to do their job, and do it perfectly. Read the complete success case. Wrike takes things to another level. Being able to control every detail and every task to ensure that all the elements are in place on launch day was a challenge; Wrike allows us to do this more accurately and, consequently, by reducing costs. Read the full case study.
