Xactly is very user friendly, it can create and manage any type of compensation plan - from the simple to the complex. It can keep track of multiple types of quotas and their attainments. The landing page is great for setting reminders and also gives a quick snap shot for making decisions!

Xactly has much more to offer than Sales Cookie and is better for a larger company with more complex plans. Whereas, I would say Xaclty seems to be in line with Performio on all aspects: set up, plan design, calculation, and reporting. Also, seem to be for the same size businesses. Coming from a finance background, CapitvateIQ is very straight forward and system use is really simple. However, the adaptability of company growth is a concern.

We were using Varicent for 5 years prior to switching over to Xactly. We also evaluated Callidus as a consideration. All of the systems do the same thing more or less. Xactly had the better demo and when you're dealing with limited time to select and evaluated, that can often win you the deal. Xactly is very rigid, which is bad if you need flexibility, but good if you are starting out and need a good setup to get your started. If you need flexibility, then I would say Varicent is much better. Callidus is closer to Xactly from a structure perspective, but with a "newer" looking interface.

Do not recall - it was 3+ years ago. We did an RFP with 3 different products. Xactly Incent seemed to offer the most with the best cost, but the implementation was poor in my opinion. In my experience, 1.5 years after go live, we still don't have automated payroll files due to Xactly Incent's incompetency.

We trust Xactly Intent and if something does go wrong, we can count on Xactly Intent to rectify the issue promptly! Calculating commissions used to take 2 weeks and with this platform, we complete monthly commissions in 7 days!

Xactly Incent is the first product that I have been using for more than 3 years. Since it seems to be more simple in operating and producing very effective/accurate results, we are able to deliver the payout data without any error unless there is some manual mistakes done. This keeps the Sales reps more happy which in turn adds joy to admins.

I've only used Xactly Incent in my current role, however I used Oracle at a previous employer and found it a bit clunky and outdated. The interface was quite outdated, and the navigation was not user friendly. I've found Xactly Incent to be much easier to use for both administrators like myself, and the sales team.
